Tower too far from main lobby and Ferris wheel not open but no substitution

The room was big and clean.

Need to walk to reach the main entrance and pool.

Space, mall, swimming pool, breakfast....

No proper water space so i still need to go to Kenting instead of staying at EDA for 7 the whole week. No proper WATER ACTIVITY.

This is a gigantic resort exactly like MGM Macau or one of the huge casino complexes in Macau but in the foothills of Pingtung County and remote. There is a wide range of services like the spa and shopping but they are open narrow hrs. The hotel itself is cavernous and beyond huge. I don't know how they pay the electricity bill. It is a fascinating place. Most of the other guests were practicing their golf.

There was a bit of mould on the side of our sink. I cannot believe the fridge was not stocked as the room was soooo $$. Nearly 2800 HKD!

Every thing was perfect apart from Chinese restaurant the lamb I had was overcooked and vegetables were undercoked service was excellent wine was superb shame about the food mabe chefs night off if not for this 10 out of 10

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! We booked a kid-themed room, and our kids absolutely loved it. The fun design kept them entertained throughout our stay—they never got bored!The room itself was excellent, with a comfortable bed, a spotless bathtub, and a well-maintained toilet. Everything was clean and of high quality.The highlight of our stay was the buffet-style breakfast. It was delicious and had a wide variety of options for everyone. Breakfast quickly became the thing we looked forward to every morning!Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and made our family trip truly memorable. Highly recommend it for families with kids!

The room was clean and comfortable, but the lighting was too dim, which made it hard to read or work in the evenings. It would be great if the hotel could install adjustable light switches to allow guests to customize the brightness. This small improvement would make the stay much more enjoyable.

Timings for pool is not so friendly as we checkout at 11 and pool opens at 9 better it can be 8/8.30No international food like thai or indian or italian

the room and swimming pool are big. No interested in outlet as a local person.

The door can't be locked automatically and we were aware of it at the next day. It's quite dangerous when we have personal items in room. The water in restroom was leak and required hotel staff to iz it. The bed was too soft as used for long. Decoration was old. The price is high compared with the room and service provided.

The bed was so relaxing. Our booked hotel included a free ride in the ferris wheel. The buffet breakfast was very good. It was convenient going around Yida with the free shuttle bus.

We didn't know what to expect, but that was best because our expectations were met (if they'd existed!) Nearby to the hotel is a shopping center and an amusement park that our kids loved. The rooms were super comfortable, and the people were so nice. It was very easy to take the bus from the main station to EDA.

Lots of convenient shops and food choices located near the hotel. Kids had fun at the pool and indoor theme park next do

The location is really good a 5 star hotel with mall within the vicinity

The room has a slight smell of mold but outside the room smells good

A good view is absolutely good. You could enjoy some without any block as staying at your own balcony.They offer sauna and SPA like other hotel. A shopping mall with the skyscraper next to it is another spotlight.No mentioned on their buffet, nearly 80% seats of that restaurant were occupied.

Their sauna for male was maintained during my staying time, I was not told until checked-in on that date. I recommend they should respond the last info to those who may be impacted in time.

Good and kind staff, nice facilities but breakfast food not good enough for a 5 start hotel.

It was a stylish uniq hotel, staff were excellent service and money value was excellent.

The location was not close everywhere, but it was good for children

Our original booking for deluxe for 4 pax was wrongly checked in by the receptionist on the first night into a room for 2 pax with a queen bed. Our family did not manage much rest as it was really too squeezy for a family of 4 (including 2 teenager kids). We decided to enquired again at the front desk the next day morning and feedback that the room looked different from our booking. The counter staff checked and made the switch (and upgraded 1 level up) for us after an hour as they are unable to provide any refund.

We appreciated that the staff who made the check and switch the room for us swiftly even with an upgrade & complimentary cookies. However, the incident could have been avoided totally if the lady who checked us in on the first day was more careful and did a logic check as the whole family turned up to checked in together at the counter. On our part, we should have also checked with front counter again instead of deliberately until the next day.
