I loved the complimentary tea and snacks 24/7 and the friendly receptionist with short black hair in the morning. I wish they provided more hangers in the rooms.

It’s a good bang for the buck. The lady at the reception is so kind. She speaks good English. No toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, soap though.

Room is spacious and clean. Each side of the bed has a bedside table. Extra clothes hangers are readily available. Complimentary coffee and snacks are available 24/7 at the lobby and lobby has good seating places. Reception staff are friendly, helpful and polite. Location is near to the Kaoshsiung station and many eateries nearby.

Shower/smart toilet not available and informed not to dispose toilet paper into the toilet bowl. The canal surrounding areas could be less smelly.

The room was very spacious and clean. The location of the hotel is great as it is near the main train station. They also offer bike rentals which was nice. Great value for money.

They don't automatically clean the rooms every day so you have to tell them explicitly.

The room is tiny. I could get onto the bed only from the foot of the bed,; there's little space between the sides of the bed and the walls.

Missed on the description that the check in is a bit late. The part of town is a bit seedy.

the staff was nice and helpful. the room was equiped accoring to the online description. it's only a flat 3 minutes walk to the main MRT and trainstation which is surrounded by many bus stops, connecting the whole city. they actually don't serve breakfast and therefore the lobby can be used to consume your own food. there is free coffee/tea/water/icetea and crackers/snacks. two micro waves, cuttlery and dishes can be used for free as well. we really liked the hotel and would book again.

the few hookers nearby the hotel might not be in everyones favour but they did not hassle or harass us in any kind of form.

We loved our stay—the room was exceptionally comfortable and clean, and the staff was amazing. The lounge area on the first floor was cozy and inviting, with complimentary drinks and snacks that added a special touch to our experience.

There was truly nothing I didn’t enjoy about my stay. Every detail exceeded my expectations, from the comfort of the room to the outstanding service. It was a great experience all around. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Surrounding area is quite at night

It’s clean, doesn’t have much or obvious dusts in the room. The environment is quiet, there’s a Family Mart right at the end of the same row with the hotel, and it’s just about a 10mins walk to the area with everything you’ll need (Pharmacy, restaurants, food stall, family mart or dobi etc.)

There’s nothing much to eat near the hotel are, you might need to walk for a 10mins-ish to the main road area. But which means the hotel quiet enough for light sleepers. My room is a double room with a queen size bed, but the bed is combined by two single beds. So the middle part is a little sinked in while you lay on it.

The view was a joke, I wish they wrote "no window" in the room description (room 306) instead so that i wouldn't book this room type or this hotel.The hallway smell on the 3rd floor was weird.Room is very small

The location was excellent within walking distance of the metro and Kaohsiung main station. The hotel seemed to be in a quiet location so street noise was not a problem.The room was large and well lit with excellent air conditioning and a refrigerator.The bathroom was clean and well stocked with consumables.

The bed was just too massive, I'm 6'4 and couldn't touch the sides lying across it.

We have a comfort stay for 3 days 2 nights here. The staff are really kind and friendly to help us solve our accommodation problem. We were visiting Kaohsiung for concert and due to long peak holidays in Taiwan, we were unable to get a stay there with most hotels fully booked. At the end I get the one last room booked via Booking.com and I was called to the customer service request for one more room, and they managed to secure and reserve one more room for me without any deposit. Really appreciated! Besides, they have luggage storage service and dining area for guests to rest with free snacks and drinks for free flow. They also did summarise the attraction in Kaohsiung in a book for travellers, how sweet.

From the MRT to hotel is a bit far? about 10mins walking distance, beside that everything is fine.
