Hotel Midtown Richardson - Kaohsiung Bo'ai

Location was centralized and close to the subway.

Room was small with no space for luggage except on the ground. Room smelled like a wet dog and the smell did not go away even though we stayed a week. Not vacuumed regularly; dirt accumulated on the floor.

Great location. Lots of restaurants nearby and coffee shop right across the street. Easy to grab Ubers and taxis to get anywhere in the city.

Room temperature was very cold due to only AC available and temp is controlled by building not by each room. Once we got extra blankets all was fine. Room was small but we didn’t spend much time there. Bed was comfortable and shower was hot!

Location, and you get everything you need by the hotel or its immediate surroundings. Close to MRT and breakfast spots. Room is clean, lots of power outlets, good AC, and a good shower.

Can't fault it. We come back every time we visit Kaohsiung.

The location is great. It's very close to MRT station.

The bath room design is very bad. There is no place to hold new cloth.The central air condition is very bad. It is extreme cold. No way to adjust.

The shower and toilet area is an open space with separate glass doors. There is a huge mirror on the opposite side of them. So it you travel with friends or family. It might be a tiny bit awkward coming in and out of the shower because the mirror does reflect everything!

Service was really good. But it would have been better if they had water or refreshment for guests at the lobby since Kaohsiung is really hot. Also it's really convenient. 2 blocks away from the metro.

Upon arrival found a stand of hair on the pillow. Turned it around and found an even longer one! They did come immediately to change all pillows cases though.

It is located at a quiet neighborhood, but it is closed to other landmarks.

I felt uneasy about having a sink outside a restroom and shower.

Hotel is minutes from MRT station (R12) and a 7-11 is nearby for all your late night cravings. The hotel is very modern and posh and gives off the vibes of a luxury hotel.

Clean and the staff is nice. I stayed in a twin bed room, and the beds are quite small. It is easy to find the hotel, right on the main road.

Nothing bad at all. Great location, comfortable rooms and it comes with breakfast.

Good location which is near to the MRT Houyi Station exit. Many restaurants, convenience stores, cafes and pharmacies nearby. Accessible easily from every where in the town. Staff are very friendly and polite.

Location is good, and it’s close to the MRT station. The room is clean. There is a little bar with drinks, beers and water. Personal stuff provided, teeth brush, shampoo, towels, body soap …

The room is very small. Hopefully there is a platform under the window. We can put luggage on it. There is no place can leave clothes in the bathroom, so we can only take on clothes after going out the bathroom. I think it’s not suitable for trip of friends.

The hotel location is very convenient, near MRT.

I stayed there for 2 weeks, i.e. long-term. I really wish they could provide me something different in the breakfast, for example, I can order a dish of scrambled eggs. For short-term guests, constant breakfast preprations are not a problems.
