Atleast, there was variety when it comes to breakfast

Very small rooms which are expensive

We like the layout of the breakfast room with nice nature lights, it is veryWelcoming. The food choice is wide and fresh.

We had to across the street to the breakfast room, we wish there is a pedestrian across area for the safety of your customer.

Only issue is: didn't know we had to register and had breakfast in another hotel that we had to walk across the busy street

Breakfast is as good as usual. Location is good and room is clean.

It is stupid to ask the customers to use the auto-check-in machine which 100% requires the employee's help to use.

Had bed bug bites from staying here - beware!!

Please do not stay here. We stayed here for two nights and were put in the standard room that was across from the main hotel, and after we left, we had red bites all over our legs that looked exactly like bed bug bites. The room was old and it didn't feel very clean, with towels fraying from extended use and holes in the pillow cases, so I guess we shouldn't be surprised that the hotel had bed bugs :( We had a lot of anxiety after the trip trying to make sure we didn't bring bed bugs home, cleaning and washing everything that was taken out in the hotel, and suffered from super itchy bites. Don't make the mistake we did!P.S. I also contacted the hotel about the bed bug issue and did not receive a reply. Super irresponsible!

For that price very good hotel in great place. You can easily walk to main area by the river (Music center). Very good bar with wonderful drinks nearby (Arthouse). Beside the hotel is possible to park a car with no additional fee.

Room was little bit dirty

Lobby’s common area great for group conversation. There is a big table to have a casual dining experience. Good decent breakfast.

WiFi needs to be more stable. WiFi gets dropped frequently.

We arrived at night by taxi and my daughter left her cell phone in the cab. The hotel staff were able to contact the taxi company and assist to retrieve the phone.The view from the breakfast room is lovely, and the food they serve is delicious.

Walking-distance to Gushan Ferry Pier Station (to Qi Jin island), 5-min, and to Sizihwan/Hamasen station (to City), 15-min. It is very convenient to explore Kaohsiung with public transport.Taiwanese-style breakfast is very good. Parking lot is next to the new building (碧港良居-The Harbour). It might be fully occupied in the evening, so don't drive here too late.

The staff was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and with a nice balcony view of the city and the port. the breakfast was really good. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The bed was extremely comfortable. The lobby and the breakfast room were cozy, clean and equipped with all necessary things to have a good time. They offer access to free washing machine and clothes dryer. Watermark hotel offers a great value and I can definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kaohsiung.

there was no luggage rack and the disposable slippers were paper thin. rooms were very close to each other and you can hear anyone talking or outside your room. hotel was opposite the check-in place (Harbour hotel). room was super dusty. and the aircon vent was blowing straight at the bed.

The place was good near MRT and ARL it was easy to go in the city. It surprising near the pier to take both to Cijin Island.

The price is very expensive I booked 1895 NTD but I will pay more when I check in 980 NTD that is very expensive when compared with another hotel nearby. The room is small and the bed is very for two people and very uncomfortable.

Good location if the primary purpose of your visit is to go to Qijin, as it is only a short walk from the ferry station. Breakfast was good compared to the quality of the hotel.

The room was very old and dated, and also carpeted floor, nothing like the pictures on this website. I did not spend close to NT$2,000 to spend a night in a room with a view of the exterior of the building next door. The walls were too thin, I could hear a child in the next door room screaming and crying at night.

The room was a good size, nice bathroom with bathtub, and the view of the harbor was great. Overall service was excellent. Nice breakfast with slight variety from day to day. Appreciate that they arranged a driver to pick us up and drop us at the subway station on our arrival and departure. Very close to the ferry to Qijin Island and a stone's throw to the British Consulate.

Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper! The huge window offered a great view, but the glass is not particularly thick so the sounds of the harbor (boat horns, engines, and barking dogs) could be heard throughout the night and early morning. I got some earplugs the second night and it was okay. Mattress was very soft by Asian standards. There is a very slim selection of restaurants near the hotel, except overpriced Starbucks downstairs; you need to walk 15 minutes to the other side of the pier for much choice and those are mostly just ordinary quick food restaurants.

2 nights stayed in this place .Good location,waterfront,harbor views,10 minutes leisurely walk to ride the subway or light rail transit .Fare were reasonable ,highly recommended.
