Nice location and big

Staff were a bit weird, after check out I wanted to sit down in restaurant and wait for uber but she just stares at you like you are not welcome …

Excellent location. Breakfast buffet is excellent with a wide variety of food daily. Staff is very friendly and polite.

Our WiFi on our first night did not work well. However it worked fine after we changed our room.

The hotel had a very cozy feeling to it from all the baseball memorabilia. The breakfast area was wellrun and lot of choices.

Breakfast not many choices.The rising platform for the bed in the room is qutie dangerous, tripped over easily.

It's nearby station & night market. We're allowed to eat the food that we bought from night market at the hotel restaurant.

The washroom is a bit low maintenance & no house shoes are provided.

Location is pretty good, with good proximity to the train station. But would advice taking a taxi if you're lugging luggage. The housekeeping is good and clean. The room I was in had a window but no view as it basically was right next to the next building. Rooms can run a bit small. I took a 3 person room for myself. Not sure how 3 people with 3 luggage can fit.

Friendly helpful staff everywhere- cleaners, receptionists, restaurant . Good variety of food for breakfast and also available : help yourself to icecream and cake from 4-10 pm. Shower door mouldy and I don’t think fridge in my room worked but this was far outweighed by young enthusiastic staff.

Location was good it near MRT station but still need to walk roughtly 5 minutes , and room was consider big. However, breakfast choice not much!

The buffer breakfast does not contains much variety of food, and there's too crowded since got group travel agency travelling.

Near Mrt (Dome of Light). Exit 3& 4 with escalator. Walking distance to Liouhe night marketSurprised that the hotel offers mini supper treat every evening.

-please do something about the sewage smell… in the first day we were thinking to move.. do not let the bathroom door open after cleaning the room-a bit cold in the room, there is no heating or electric heater. Should be provided by the hotel-there is no soap in the bathroom… shower gel is not ok and not convenient to always go in the shower to was hands. You can put a refillable bottle of soap. It is basic hygene

breakfast was excellent, lots of option, fresh bun and afternoon tea and snack as well.Room and bathroom was very clean, staff was extremely friendly.i even saw CEO was working and helping staff on duties, he is very friendly, incredible team
