The best place for us. We love the location, the staff, the rooms, the breakfast, everything is simply amazing. This was our second visit and absolutely loved it. We got the hot tub room this time around and enjoyed it dearly.

Nothing much, however it would be nice if they can properly label food for allergens/meat/dairy. They do have an allergen card, but sometimes pork or chicken isn't labelled even though it is in the dish. The staff did come to us and explained it isn't vegan, but it'll save everyone some time and trouble if the labelling is done correctly in the first place.

Cleanliness, free water bottles breakfast.

Bathroom only offers privacy via a curtain shade. Not as good as a physical wall in between and not suitable for non-couples or a group of friends. TV can offer more channels.

Great location, very noisy during weekends due to megaphone. Excellent staffs. Paid extra for bed but spring coils move the bed way too much. Lay out of room is weird, not enough chair for 2.

The hotel is at an amazing location near the MRT and the Love River. The breakfast has couple of vegan options and there's a lovely vegetarian buffet restaurant right across the road. We were pleased with the staff who took care of our needs and made it a amazing experience. I would suggest you ask for 09 or 07 rooms, they have better view of the river. They even have coin laundry in the basement, so it's all very hassle free. Rooms are of decent size and the beds are quite comfortable. Don't forget to read the "365 Days for Travelers" book, it was really thought provoking.

There is no nearby convenient store, Need to walk like 5~8 minutes for a nearest 7-11So prepare your snacks/drinks before heading back to your room if you would afraid you will be hungry during the night

I had a great stay at Kaohsiung Holiday Inn Express hotel. Staff was very courteous, room are spacious and clean. The location of the hotel is amazing, close to the river, the heart of the town and very easy MRT access.The breakfast buffet was good with an important choice. I would recommend this hotel for your next stay in Kaohsiung.

Property is new and nicely designed.

Room is quite small despite booking one with two queen beds for 4 adults when only 2 adults are staying. Staff at breakfast wasn’t very polite in their approach

The breakfast is very welly prepared, even we are vegetarian, there are plenty of vegetarian choices. The restaurant staff demonstrates extra effort preparing food for our unwell son. Really appreciate that. Thsnks

The breakfast buffet was very good, with a lot of choice. We liked the location near the river, and it was convenient for the MRT station. The staff were helpful.

My room could have done with a make-over. The switches and tv remote were well-worn and needed to be replaced. We were disappointed that the basement was being refurbished, so the laundry was unavailable.

The room is dusty and the floor is filthy with food droppings from the previous guests. I called the front desk and ask them to clean it and their staff came over with a broom and dustbin to sweep the food drippings off carpet floors. They said they don’t have a vacuum to clean the carpet properly. The floor is obviously not thoroughly cleaned but it seems to them good enough. We stayed at many different hotels in Taiwan I think they def have lower standards of cleaning among other places.

No view from window, car park is far away, no Wi-Fi in room too overpriced for the quality

Very friendly staff at reception and breakfast. Comfortable stay. Walking distance to riverside and metro. Great amenities all around. Self-service laundry for 100TWD.

Bed was rather shaky. Can feel sleeping partner movements.
