1. Good location 2. Good breakfast

1. Room too small , there is no space to put luggage 2. The towels are need to upgrade 3. The air condition temperature is fixed can not adjust and not even turn off

Location was excellent and decent size room

Expensive and needs some renovation within the rooms.

Staff were very nice, easy access from the metro

There was a lot of mold in the bathroom and when I was checking that I had everything I looked under the bed... wish I hadn't, obviously not cleaned under there for a very long time.

The hotel is a short walk from a metro station, and centrally located--a good base for excursions. (We enjoyed 4-seat biking and the beach on Cijin and many up-close encounters with macaques on Monkey Mountain.) There are stores in the vicinity that could provide for most travelers' needs. We found good restaurant options nearby and a large night market is a 10-15 min. walk. Our room was large, and generous bath accessories were provided.

The breakfast options were limited and the kitchen didn't always get our modifications right (e.g., cheese was served on a breakfast burger for a vegan). The hotel would benefit from some aesthetic maintenance. The hallway carpets are stained, and hallway walls are chipped and needing paint. The physical atmosphere does not align with the elegant, classical Western music that is played in the breakfast dining room.When I found a single, small roach in our room and asked the hotel for a trap, the staff apologized and offered a room change, but they didn't have a trap. I purchased a trap at a household goods store just around the corner and suffered no more grief.

Good location, friendly staff, clean bed and sheets, comfy bed, big room.

The wifi was really bad which should work flawless for that price. Also the bathroom and the breakfast room were actually a bit dirty.

The breakfast was great, location is good, 5 min walk to the MRT and you can get anywhere from there onwards. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The ‘forest’ shower was clogged up and didn’t work properly.

The towels are black, it is a lie to say that there is a parking space, and the service attitude is poor

The breakfast was quite good with the major course hamburger. On the second day, I came to the restaurant a bit late at 10:01am and the staff still served us.

Due to family issue, we need to leave the hotel one day earlier than expected, I called the reception desk whether they could refund us part of the last day fee. But they refused. The reason they said is because we booked through booking.com instead of directly to the hotel.

Breakfast was good.

Room was a tad small, it'd be hard to open a suitcase.

Clean.

It would be very helpful if all the light switches could be labeled. Very confusing ?
