As I arrived at the hotel reception after 8pm, I was given a deluxe twin-sharing room on my check-in date. However, I had issues with the room air-con temperature and the noise generated from the air-con on my first night of stay. Also, I told the hotel staff that I can smell some cigarette smoke through the air-con ventilator in the middle of the night. Mr Yang was very attentive to address my raised concerns and he managed to resolve my issues promptly by my second day stay. All was good till my check-out day. I find the rest of the hotel reception staff were very professional and helpful.

The room is just right and clean generally. However, the pillows are hard for my friend to sleep on. Free TV channels/ programs are limited in English but still okay for our 5N stay. I think the buffet breakfast can be un-interesting after 2 days.

Location was really good. I guess it was really expensive because there was a concert happening . Had a good stay, staff could be nicer but wasn’t an issue for me.

Staff could have been friendlier. They called numerous times cause I had not checked out at 11:02.

Best location. Near Liuhe night market and convenience stores. Staff, specially housekeeping was very nice.

The lobby smelled of naphthalene balls.

Good location and incredible service! The front desk not only helped us hire a driver for a day trip, they also performed a miracle by sending us our forgotten passports on the high speed rail to Taipei so that we could just barely make our flight!

The location, quiet, clean , comfortable bed. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Room was dark even though there was a window (milky glass + shutters; upon opening I kinda understood why). But if you are outside most of the time, it's no matter I guess :-)

Location is good, close to night market and metro.

The fan from the air conditioning is too strong even though I adjusted to high temperature and the fan is noisy, for me, I need to wear an ear plug when sleeping.

Very well located for exploring Kaohsiung. The Cloud Hotel is near Formosa Boulevard Metro station (centre of the system) and is easy to find. The staff were extremely helpful and kind; they gave us a free upgrade to the room. Really nice, comfortable bed (this is by no means a given in Taiwan). The buffet breakfast is generous and delicious. Very good value for money and I'd stay here again.

The air conditioner was a bit rumbly....yet essential for a good night's sleep in such a hot city.

It's right next to the night market

Booking.com says it has rooms on the ground floor but that is not true at all

Good budget, clean room. WiFi works well. Not far to night market. Location close to Formosa boulevard station which has 2 metro lines.

Breakfast. Very boring and is the same everyday.We stayed for 5 nights and we got bored. Although it’s not fast to metro station, it’s also not super close by.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. The location is great for traveling, shopping, and eating. The staff is friendly to guests. The housekeeper is so kind to take care of the facilities in the room every day. The self-laundry is comfortable.

Breakfast was disappointing. Not a lot for westerners, just toast, bread rolls and cereal. However there wasn't any regular butter or knives to spread jam

The hotel is great to stay and feels comfortable.They even upgrade my room to bigger room without charges.Quiet with soundproof.Breakfast provided and taste not bad.The place come with the laundry area as well,convenient for us to clean our apparel.The staff there very helpful and even assist me in packed well for my foods & souvenirs which i need send for the check in luggage at airport.Room.is clean.

Great hotel in a good location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed long enough for someone 1.80m tall. The shower had excellent water pressure, and everything was clean.

Happy for us to leave bags there before check in. Very convenient for the night market and a very short walk from the main interchange for the MTR (Formosa Boulevard) and main station for TRC, Breakfast (Chinese style) was plentiful and varied including enough things for a vegan. The room had a seriously huge bed and was well appointed. Bathroom and shower were very good. Kettle in the room.
