Kaohsiung International Plaza Hotel

The location close to the KHH airport is the only part I like, that's it.

This hotel is NOT honest at all to their promise or information posted either on their website, or on the printed hardcopy, i.e. some services they posted on the website or printed hardcopy, eventually was told that no such services at all.

The hotel is modern, clean, close to the airport and the price is right

The staff is kind and the room is clean.

It looks not like a 4-star hotel.

It was clean and bed was comfortable. The room layout was a bit different, as all the bath facility was separate. But I thought it was clever to allow more people to use the bath simultaneously if you are trying to catch a flight.

1) The entrance to hotel required navigating many steps. If you have large luggage, the adjacent ramp was very narrow, long and tricky to pull the luggage cart up the ramp. Something to be aware of for travelers with mobility issues especially if you have large luggage. 2) No soap at the sink or n the room.

Business hotel 10 minutes walk from the airport. It was clean and there were a couple of restaurants nearby.

The room set up is unusual. There is no bathroom, instead there is a WC and a shower pod in the bedroom. And then a sink next to the bed. Not sure it worked - for example, it made shaving difficult without a mirror

Well, this is just one night stay review, but very fair and nice hotel for short business travelera. Just 10 min. Walking distance from thr Kaosuing International airport. Clean room and kind staffs.Very local but easy access to stores and restaurants neat thr hotel.

If you are the person who loves a big or good breakfast, this may not your be your choice.^^

The staff were lovely and helpful. The giant shrimp at dinner were great. The airport was close by. The sitting area in the executive suite was good to have.

Bed too hard. Lounge too hard. We stayed in for the day Kong-Rey the typhoon visited and couldn't watch the television because it had very poor to no sound and staff couldn't fix it.

Good location near the airport. The room was kept in good condition, and was quiet during the night and had working AC.

Ordered a wake-up call (for an early flight), but never received any such call (I made it to the flight nonetheless, so no harm done). WiFi was strong but did not allow me to connect. There was a sign in the reception that use of hygiene articles (soap etc) in the room would incur fees, which I found odd, but consequently I only used what I had brought with me (despite there being dispensers in the room).

The room is comfortable. Outside view from the room quite beautiful. The location is close to shopping center and airport. The staff is very helpfull.

we selected this hotel for its location being close to the airport.

despite being a non smoking property the rooms (we requested room change) had strong cigarette smell. we had to open windows to vent it out for an hour. we ended up staying for one night even though the smell lingered. I figured all the other rooms probably are the same. the room overall was clean and comfortable except carpet stain was everywhere. I booked with breakfast which was okay.

The carpet at the hallway and in the room was very dirty.

Front Desk night and day duty was very polite and helpful in assisting us with all our concerns and requests.
