The location of the hotel was perfect. It sit right across kaohsiung main station and nearby 711 and Fiftea is just a few steps away. But, if you ever feel you need a snack, the hotel offers it 24/7. Buffet breakfast was perfect for us as it offers a lot of veggie options which isn't what we usually have. The staff are really friendly and readily helps you with what you need. We had our room cleaned daily too which makes it wonderful. We get fresh towels everyday, water bottles replenished and fresh linens. Perfect after a long day on tour. Thank you so much to the staff. Especially the aunties at the dining area and the housekeepers. We had a memorable and wonderful stay because of the service we received. Also, thank you for giving us a wonderful room, with a perfect view! Hope to stay in that room again when we go back in Kaohsiung.

Very convenient. Staying right across from the train station was very cheap and included the breakfast was really good. Clean enough to stay and it's convenient to go anywhere because the train line is right there.

That is no charging by the bed, only one by the desk, the light switch control is not even working, and it does not even have batteries in it. Water drainage is not draining properly, after the shower water leaks out to the bathroom floor. They leave you 2 condoms inside the drawer. Seems more for couples staying overnight at the hotel. Not recommended for family.

I must say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was disappointing. The staff were not only rude but also completely unhelpful and unresponsive to my requests. Whether it was a simple question or a need for assistance, they were uninterested in providing any support.The building itself has several issues. The main entrance has no ramp, so if you're carrying luggage, you're forced to drag it up a set of stairs—definitely not ideal after a long journey. This lack of accessibility was a huge inconvenience.As for the room, it was very outdated. All the furniture was old and worn out, which gave the room a shabby feel. The air conditioner, though functional, was quite noisy, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. But the worst part was the bathroom. The shower had a severe leak, and water spilled everywhere, soaking the floor completely. It was not only uncomfortable but also a potential safety hazard. I ended up having to use towels to mop up the water.The location of the hotel was one of the few positive aspects. It's very close to the train station, which made it easy to get around. I also didn’t mind the breakfast—it was okay, nothing special, but at least it was decent enough to start the day.Overall, the hotel’s poor customer service, outdated facilities, and maintenance issues made for a frustrating stay. The only redeeming quality was its location. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this based on my experience.

STRONG SMOKY SMELL IN THE ROOM , seems the hotel has no policies for people smoking in the rooms , so they do it . I woke up sick , couldn’t breath and my throat sore from the strong Polluted air coming into the room through the A/C . I complained but seems the front desk didn’t care about it , even after I translated into Chinese.

A woman next door was screaming at the top of her lungs most of the night starting at midnight. Not the hotel’s fault. I think they tried to get her to stop, but then she started up again.

The location is excellent, just outside the mail train/subway station. The breakfast in excellent. All day coffee/drink and streamed buns area big, unexpected bonus.
