Starhaus Hotel

Locations is very convenient. Walking distance to the harbor. They are providing 24 hour buffet for their guests. Especially when are you traveling late at night and need to eat something, it’s very convenient. Stuff is very polite and helpful.

We all enjoy in the delicately designed property and the complimentary snack bar after long day outside. The location is very good. Also it’s very modern and clean. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Parking is not on-site, only 3 mins walking though. For a bigger car, it’s better to reserve a bigger parking space in advance.

Everything! The room, the design of the bathroom, the hallway, the staff, breakfast (the best in 3 weeks of travel in Taiwan), the free snacks at all hours, the bed……

The only fly in the ointment was the choice of piped in music in all the public spaces: most of the time, it was strident “modern” jazz, possibly AI-generated. I am sure this hotel could do better!

Cozy. Spacious. Offer soft and medium firmness for pillow. 24hr bar snacks provides hot porridge and soup, and its free! Free flow of snack and drinks from the mini bar in the room.

Quite a walk from Central Park MRT. No curtain for using the bathtub.

clean and good location

too dark

Booked 2 rooms for family of 4. Both rooms are clean and modern. Hotel provides 24hrs refreshments (hot cold beverages n food)

More changes to daily breakfast would be great.

Everything about our stay was 5 Star!!! The friendly staff, exemplary restaurant, well-appointed rooms!!! The lobby architecture, and the location! Walking distance to nice night markets. GREAT STAY!!!!

Nothing to mention.

- 24 hour free tea caffee at B1- cleanliness- location- amenities

- only a few staffs able to speak english

This is a good choice for a short stay in Kaohsiung. One of the highlights was the cafe-restaurant in the basement, serving delicious snack dishes at no extra cost.

The ‘executive’ room with only a curtain separating the bathroom from the sleeping area seemed a bit weird at first, but we got used to it.

Room was fantastic sized and very well decorated.

Breakfast was absolutely terrible. One of the worst I’ve had in Taiwan. Prison food.

Extra food and drinks in the evening. Stylish hotel. Friendly and professional personnel.

No complaints

Top notch hotel, location, and excellent staff who make a point of making your stay personal. Awesome beds, pillow choice, spa bath, amenities and complimentary cafe was made the whole experience a wonderful stay.

Requested for rooms away from elevator. When check in, it was room 601, right next to the elevator. Asked reception what went wrong, I was told it was the room type in the booking. If hotel notified me in advance, I could have the chance to change my room type. It was also very noise due to a street banquet on mother's day.

I love the room and bathroom. There a pantry with 24 hours of food and drinks. Breakfast included but limited. The location is near to the pier and shopping mall.

what i dont really like is there a few of food flies at the lobby and pantry.

Very convenient and located near to the shopping malls.Staffs are pleasant and make us feel welcomed. Will definitely come back again!

Nil.
