Urban Hotel33

Clean, great location, specious room

WiFi connection is very bad. I couldn’t even do audio calls/meetings properly and had to rely on hotspot from my phone connection

breakfast variety was great. The coffee makers were also a good way to start the day.

The beds were not comfortable at all.

Location is convenient, the room is comfortable.

The AC system is hard to control. I needed to keep changing the room temperature.

The room was ok with two large beds (for two adulta and three kids), the shower had hot water with good pressure, the toilet was fancy with many funtions. The buffet breakfast had different options, both Asian and European. In the corridor there was a water station for hot, warm and cold drinking water.

The whole room was covered in carpet.

The only thing that can be improved, is the breakfast offering. A little more western taste with sweets or ham and cheese variations. Otherwise perfect hotel ,very good value for money offer.

Laundry service free, only need to pay for the dryer. We lost an umbrella and the people at the reception took it good

Good breakfast choices. Friendly staff and comfortable bed. Convenient and secure car parking.

Can't think of one.

Good central location, nice room. Close to public transport

The hotel is a bit dated, but this did not affect our stay

Location is convenient, clean, staff is friendly

The room are outdated; terrible view / cannot open the curtains because room window is facing the building next door; parking space is limited and cannot be reserved so it's up to luck to get a spot.

Room , food and location

The Chic Section is new and modern with spacious room. The bed is super comfortable.

It needs instruction to use laundry

The location is great. The hotel staff is friendly! Will definitely come back again.

The dryer wasn’t really working.

Location was good, and the room was a good size with comfortable beds. Service was great, and it was a really good bonus to have free on-site parking.

The hotel included a lot of little amenities like a toothbrush, soaps, tea and coffee. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The wifi worked well, there was a nice desk to use, and the bathroom had plenty of space. The location was also really nice. It was right around the corner from the metro station and lots of the main attractions were also in walking distance.

Great breakfast, very good location, parking included.

Good location and easy to walk to KMRT station in 5 mins. Bus stop is also in 3-min walk.

The staffs are approachable and very helpful. They attend to your needs the best and fastest they can.

none so far except that everyday breakfast is always the same, but it is okay though.

Location and the service of the staff

There is no bath...

Close to orange line Sinyi Elementary School station Nearby the local market

Good location near MTR. We had the chic business rooms that were very big. Hotel is older but clean. Friendly staff. Decent value.

Small fitness room. Some areas of hotel showing it’s age.
