Good location close to two Metro stations

Poor noise insulation from neighbors and hallway. Musty smell, can’t open windows. Nowhere to unpack bags. Just noticed after leaving they charged me ~100 NTD more than the price that I booked with, so be sure to check this when they ask you to pay.

The room was spacious with a big comfortable bed. It is in a good location and is very quiet. The basement has a nice room with snacks, coffee, and tea. Overall, it is a very nice hotel.

I have need to upgrade my room to one with better view because I've got room where view was blocked by hotel main banner from outside(room itself was excellent, just view didn't match my expectations)But according to booking city view was offeredEverything else was 100% good

Room was clean and modern. We enjoyed the fun vibe and also liked the shared space with small drinks and snacks available. We also enjoyed the location very close to two metro stations which made getting around fast and easy.

The aircon was stuck on maximum so it was a little cold in the room at times and was also a little noisy but this wasn't too much of an issue.

A funky hotel with some very interesting room designs and wallpapers. Staff were friendly from the outset with good English, the rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet (despite facing main roads). The communal area in the basement is a nice touch, and I can recommend buying some steam buns over the road and have a coffee downstairs in the basement for a quick, cheap and cheerful breakfast. Laundry available at the top floor was a godsend.

Hard to fault really. There's only one lift, so can be a little wait - but nothing dramatic.

I like location. Staff is helpful. Mine is the only 6 pax room at Level 9. But lift only till Level 8. The only lady staff help me carried 6 big luaggge up all by herself. I feel bad after knowing she the only staff working at the timing. Afterwhich when checking out we carry all by ourself. Have all toiletries and clean.

The room is clean.The mini bar and dining area on B1F is very cozy. The location is great. Two convenient stores in 200m distance.

I stayed in rm 804/803. The room has an odor (probably due to moisture or humidity in the old building) (walls are good, no moldy). The big negative is the air outlet faces the bed side. If not this room, I suppose this will not happen.

Design was lots of fun and use of space creative and practical. Themed floors were fun to explore and the bed, pillows and blankets were very comfortable. Air conditioner was very powerful and bathrooms were clean. Very central to food and activities in a nice neighborhood. Staff were friendly, helpful and spoke English.

The renovations were horrible. It left a foul smell, participles in the air and noise throughout the day and it triggered my asthma several times during my stay.

Definitely the best value for money I had on my Taiwan trip. Very comfortable bed and nice equipment overall. Check-in & -out was smooth and the personnel great. Location also lovely, since close to MTR and night market.

Quite a few stains in bathroom and on the carpet, but still clean.

I like the cleanliness. Our bed was huge and super comfy. The staff were very accommodating. The check-in process was super smooth. I would definitely book this hotel whenever we go back to Kaoshiung!

There is no other option for complimentary hot drinks. It's not a big deal, though.

Helpful staff, good facilities, nice modern design. Good value for money!

Each floor is under a different theme, we stayed there for 1 night, then left for Tainan for 2 nights before returning again, so can see the different designs on 2 floors, and it seems each room got unique stylish design as well. Staff is friendly and helpful, facilities not bad, and like that they provide body lotion in the room. And they got washing machine and dryer at the top floor that one can use for 50 TWD each round, which is not bad.

The bed is a bit too soft for me, and due to the unique design, some of these features are quite dusty, I guess cleaners only attend to the usual room facilities, but dust can spread, so well better to clean these due to some of these are in proximity of the bed...

Hotel is close to the mrt

there's no breakfast in the hotel yet we pay more than 1000nt for a night.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating on any concerned.

The first room that they give me is doesn't clean by their cleaners,so I asked the staff to change my room and they agreed with it, thumbs up with the staff.

for the weekend price went up not expecting the room should be pay that much. The room is not that clean by the nightstand. It was long-term dusting , and the door and curtain were dirty . bathroom needs to be cleaned up for the showers taile. There are not enough outlets . There are only 3 in the room, the mattress was shaking and squeking.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly.The location of the hotel is good too, only a few minutes walk to the Nightmarket and tube station.

The hotel looks a bid old and tatterd but otherwise it was great and the room was spacious.

Spacious room, excellent shower. Huge bed! Room had kettle, hairdryer, mini fridge. It had no wardrobe space but did have a small single rail to hang a few things on. Checkin is usually self-service, it appears, but we were looked after well by a member of staff. Wifi was solid. There was a tv but no Western channels. The hotel had a deal on, and so the price was fantastic.

The decor was a little tired in our room but we saw into one or two others and they looked a bit better. The hotel is more like an aparthotel - there are no reception services as such. There is a laundry on site I believe.

Location is good. Many places to eat and also convenience stores nearby
