Kousin Hotel

The staff are nice and even the owner of the hotel. I had a problem with my payment thru my card and asked the hotel if I can pay in cash and they didn’t hesitate to tell me that it’s okay and they will wait for my arrival. There’s unlimited coffee, and the hotel is near fastfood chains. Highly recommended!

The staff were very helpful. We were there during a typhoon and most places were closed . There was a 7/11 and family mart within walking distance.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is big and clean. The location is ok. Since I have a big luggage, it takes more than 15 minutes from Kaohsiung Station to the hotel. However, there're many bus stops close to the hotel. Walking distance to Liuhe Night Market and Dome of Light.

The hotel is old. No matter how clean it is you still feel it's not clean enough especially the corridor carpet and the toilet.

However, our beds had a lot of hair strands on it even though it was made up. The staff were nice about it and quickly change the sheets for us but there was a lot of dust on the ground and especially piled up on the corners of the room behind the door. There were quite a few selections at breakfast however all of the supposedly clean cutlery were all oily and not washed properly. Some of the carpeted areas of the hotel was extremely dirty and it looked like it had never been vacuumed. Would not recommend staying here.

Location, location, location! Kousin Hotel couldn't be more conveniently located, with the main TRA station and MRT a block away and buses to Kenting around the corner. Plenty of food options nearby and just about anything else you might need as a traveler. Rooms are spacious and clean and the staff friendly and helpful.Excellent value!

The WiFi didn't work for me, but cell service was fine. Beds were on the smaller size, but that seems to be the norm in Taiwan outside of Taipei. If you aren't tall you likely won't even notice.

location is about 10mins walk from kaohsiung main station. bathroom was quite spacious. bed was quite comfortable too. Staffs at the hotel are very friendly, feels like home.

The location is very convenient to the non-HSR TRA station. Room was a good size and clean.

WiFi didn't work at all in my room, and cell service was spotty. Can be noisy. Skip the breakfast, not worth the risk of getting sick.

Very good position, about 5 minutes walking from Kaohsiung main station. Very quiet and safe area. The room and the bathroom were large, with big windows. The air conditioner worked well. Various breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful, although they spoke little english.

Location is great. Very close to the station.

This is very noisy. I felt like being in the street. Luckily I had some earplugs in my bag or I wouldn't have slept at all.
