The staff are all very friendly and helpful!Breakfast room is cheerful; variety of food items are tasty, adequate for a filled stomach for the day!Proximity to the subway stations, variety of shops, foods and a couple night markets.Shuttle to the station as we checked out was very helpful!

Was a bit surprised by the ‘toilet paper’ disposal system!

Offer free transportation to and from the nearest MRT. Excellent service from the staff. Been coming to Taiwan since 1978, and it’s been a pleasure staying here. Breakfast is served daily and is typically Taiwan food. Very convenient to several night markets and the MRT .

A little bit dated in the furniture, but comfortable.TV has local channels and a couple of English channels

The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The Triple room was large enough for three guests to stay in.The car parking was free and a lot of parking spaces available. Service staff were nice and friendly.

I had booked four nights but ended up leaving after two because I could not stand it.This is a very old, outdated hotel in real need of renovation and upgrade. All the photos are at least ten years old and do not represent reality. Everything is rusty/mouldy, with holes in bed sheets and towels, stickers peeling off from the wall, etc... No matter how much they clean, the place smells badly.The breakfast buffet is poor quality and with limited selection, especially on week days (there was at least fresh fruit on the weekend...). It is also terrible that they only have disposable items: I hated to use so much plastic and paper stuff (mugs, plates, chopsticks, etc...) when there could have been real utensils!! So much waste!All in all the place is depressing. Book somewhere else.

Hotel is a bit run down and WiFi very poor and unreliable. Vegan options for breakfast the poorest among our stay in Taiwan.

I liked the fun and funky decor, that there was breakfast included & the staff's incredible hospitality.

The room size was small and the wifi didn't work.

Breakfast was AMAZING! They change menu almost everyday when i was there. Staff were super friendly. Facilities was not that fantastic, it would be great if there was a gym. My aircon broke down half way during my stay and they quickly provided me an alternate room. Abit troublesome but at least their staff was prompt. Room was also a little small.

Nice room and welcoming staff. Reasonable Chinese breakfast. What an interesting decor!!!!

Did not use but could make laundry situated near parking lot look alot better.

Honest stay. Nothing to complain about. Clean and tidy. Nice welcome to Taiwan.We had a free shuttle ride to the metro station. That was very nice to have as we had large baggages to carry

The breakfast is good to satisfy to start the day, especially with the provision of coffee!

However the canteen is small. Also the room lacks a chair to place the luggage and insufficient hangers for clothes. Besides the bathroom is flooded when showering.

The location was good and the staff were friendly.

The wallpaper was peeling off the wall. There was no shower curtain. Mould in bathroom. There was no light switch at the entry door and you had find your way through the room to find the switch. The breakfast was not really to our liking. There was a kettle in our room but no teabags or coffee. The decor was ‘bold’.!!!!
