The staff was extremely friendly and willing to help.

I did find the rooms to be cold at times, but there than no complaints.

The layout of room was outstanding. Despite small footprint the rounded glass wall between shower and room makes it veey confortably. And the single toilet/shower door is amazing design.

Nearby to attractions. Clean and comfortable. Staff are accommodating.

Great locations, very friendly staff, and rooms were clean and in great condition. Just minutes from all of the casinos/entertainment on Macau island, as well as within very short public transit rides or walks to the ferry port, airport, and the cultural attractions. Love a Holiday Inn Express.

Breakfast was pretty mid. Other than that, no complaints.

1. The hotel is in good shape,2. Staff are polite and competent,3. The cost includes breakfast, which is excellent for visitors. Additionally, there were many excellent buffet style options,4. Despite their small size, the rooms were tidy and comfortable.

Room was great and was given a complimentary upgrade to a larger room. Breakfast was standard and well done, though it was difficult to order food from the QR code in English (unless I missed it). The location was fairly convenient for old Macau. Getting to the hotel via bus was a bit tricky but doable from the bus stops in front of the Grand Lisboa.

It was near a bus station, convenience store, supermarket and the the staff were very nice.❤️

I like the location as it is near the bus stops and restaurants. The staffs are all accommodating and nice. They gave us a map for all tourist destinations that we can visit. The breakfast buffet is also great!

It is close to bus terminal, which makes travelling to tourist spots easy. It is also close to a 24 hour supermarket, which is convenient. We also like the breakfast at the hotel.

Compact and clean

Brunch offered lots of choices but food was salty.

I couldn’t sleep and felt itching on the bed, when checked the quilt, it was so dirty and had been spots when checked under light

Excellent service by all the staff; from front desk, to housekeeping and the breakfast resto staff. Quick check-in and check-out. Bus and taxi accessible. You could also walk from the hotel to Casino Grand Lisboa to access the free shuttle. And also from there you could walk going to Senado Square. The hotel is near to Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal. Holiday Inn Express Macau City Center by IHG is highly recommended. The room is clean (every space is clean from reception area to your respective room area), and the lift is fast and accessible. I like the lounge tea drink (free) in the reception area.

The room has a decent view, lots of natural light, comfy beds, ideally-sized shower, near 7-Eleven, diners and taxi stand, which is hard to find sometimes in Macau.

The super-high-density area lacking green space and openness for strolling.

Nice location of the hotel , value for money.Breakfast was good, but very limited options for vegetarian and non Chinese food.Otherwise, the rest all is perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located in a convenient location, close to supermarkets and shops. The staff were lovely and very accommodating as our needs changed during our stay. Our checkout time was extended twice as I was at the hospital being treated following a fall. They couldn’t do enough to help us! We really appreciated their help and support.

The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting most of the local sightseeing places by foot. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very well located. There are at least 3 or 4 supermarkets besides convenience stores near the hotel. There are also plenty of eateries within short walking distance from the hotel. Many tourist spots are also near the hotel such as Lisboa, Senado Square, Ruins of St Paul and Fisherman's Wharf. The room is very clean and the beds are comfortable. I stayed in a standard room with 2 beds on the 15th floor. The buffet breakfast does not have a lot of options but for a 3 star hotel in Macau, I would say it is really not bad. The buffet restaurant is not big but the staff are able to manage the diners excellently when there is a crowd. The staff at the reception are very polite and helpful. There are also a number of public bus stops around the hotel. For those who love to exercise in the park, they are also 2 public parks near the hotel.

Staff are really very helpful and very professional and ready to assist always. Location at the center within a walking distance from several attractions and nearby public transportion. Food was really good recommend eating lunch at the restaurant. Excellent choice in Macau.
