the pool enterance. you must walk thru a shalow cold water pool to clean your feet? whats that all about?

The atmosphere the views the room decorations is surprising, the comfortably I didn't inspecting was so great

the front attendance some of them is rude they can provide more professionalism

The hospitality and the help I had from the concierge staff team

I had problem in the hotel information when I made my booking to get the right room I was looking for. For two adults and two kids . I made my booking for two bedroom suite and I paid for it and when I checked in they said you booked two bedroom not suite and I had to pay more money for the suite again

great place just next to sands casino and other sightseeing spots, perfect

breakfast was rather basic, not a big selection of continental food but still very good

Bit tricky to get a Taxi easily from the hotel.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Kudos to Jed for his warmness and patience in responding to our inquiries.

Decorations inside and outside the room are fancy and gilded. Room is big with nice-looking furniture. Breakfast is good with many different styles and choices. Not too faraway from harbor and Hong Kong-Macau Bus Station.

Staff are helpful, but there are only two staffers at the front desk--not enough for many guests. No public transportations nearby going to the entry and exit of Macau. Rooms are ready after 3 pm, which is later than expectation.

Rooms are spacious, 20mins away from the Airport. A shuttle bus nearby that can go around the city center. Very clean and comfy.

Lobby looks great but the couch are old that when you sit you sink due to being too over used and old

The toilet was dirty in our room you could see the rim of scum formed

It was aesthetically pleasing, if you like an ostentatious vibe

There is perfume literally piped through the vents. It's awful. I immediately got a headache. Also, the room itself smelled kind of mildewy/stale, and the bedsheets were damp when we arrived. Goes to show that a fancy exterior does not always mean a higher standard of quality.

The location had some nice areas and the view was amazing , the room was amazing and spacious , and it was near the shuttle for sands casino which can take you every where

It was a bit old , and there was no toothbrush or shaving kit or cotton buds which usually comes with every hotel

Macau is primarily a Chinese speaking country. However, the hotel had many Filipino employees who spoke English. This made communications with the staff easier.

A little on the pricey side but the property is really exceptional

Or was a very beautiful property and it had old charm. It was very clean and the beds were comfy enough.

This hotel is about an hour and ten minutes away from most tourist attractions by bus

Staffs are nice. The ocean view in the rooms is excellent. The space of two-room suite is super large.

Room is not ready after the check-in time (3:30 pm, late for 1 hour). The single bed is too small.

Huge room, very value for money.

Clean and comfortable, no casino is a bonus for family friendly amenities. Nice strolls to Macao Fisherman bend/wharf. Accessible thru shuttle opposite to Taipa new casinos areas is convenient.Downside is not very helpful Concierge or Reception is staffs about places to eat or places to go.Cleaning staff on 1 of the day (9/4) did not even remove used cups for tea&coffee.Concierge on 7 Apr is the only UN-helpful one, the rest very good.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room is clean and it’s very convenient closer to the ferry station and the city bus is 2 min away I had some unexpected change in plan but the staff and the hotel specifically Vicky Wei helped us throughout the process I could not meet him when we were at the property but I would definitely recommend the hotel and will stay if I visit Macau again Thank you
