Overall disliked the breakfast management1. I was not served espresso coffee at 9:37am (breakfast finishes at 10:00)I insisted and asked to pay 86$ MOP which I paid . Unacceptable for 5-star hotel not to serve proper coffee rather than a poor mix of instant coffee and water 2. Omelette breakfast very bad quality oil used , chef needs to improve

The room and the view exceeded my expectations.

The entrance is hard to find if you travel via bus, especially at night.

Location is super convenient, very easy to get around just by walking. Staff is very friendly. I arrived a little too early, Ms Icey at the reception was very helpful, getting me checked in right away, and the room was great!

Overpriced. When I was booking this hotel suite, there was never any mention of having to pay a large security deposit which will only be paid back 3 weeks after checking out. Ridiculous!

The location was great, and room was spacious with good hardware.

Check in staff could only speak Mandarin, and the entrance was kinda tricky... you need to walk up a slope and then the check in was strangely at 2F rather than the floor you entered.

The room and bathroom are clean and spacious. The extra large double bed is very comfortable.The absence of a casino makes this the perfect accommodation for the family.

The porters and the counter staff could have been more proactive in attending to guests standing in front of the counter during check out.

The property has great facilities like the infinity pool and it was clean and new, so I had a comfortable stay.I enjoyed the view I had from my room when I wake up.

The shuttle bus from the ferry was hard to find and we had to rely on another hotel’s shuttle.I appreciate that the room gets cleaned everyday but there is a lot of plastic waste. I wish that there will be less plastic bottles for shampoo/body wash used in the future.

The service on phone… anybody didn’t attend the phone either room service or concierge and so long time to answer the phone! Another very important since was my birthday, the service forgot to bring me the drinks compliments , I asked for it .

Great location and very clean. Rooms decorated nicely and comfortable beds. Concierge and bell staff very helpful and friendly.

No ‘do not disturb’ sign or light and no ‘do not clean room’ sign in the rooms. More pool chairs are needed and it would be nice if guests could get drinks and food by the pool. Currently there is no option for this.

- The view (if you care to book the lake view bedroom) is superb.- The bed (if you care to book the deluxe bedroom with the king-size bed) is super comfortable.- The gym is very spacious and well equipped.- The sauna works perfectly and is a good and distinctive complementary facility.- The location is amazing; historic Macau is well within walking distance and it is right next to one of the main bus terminals (Praça Ferreira do Amaral).

- The rooms are not soundproof and the corridors can be a bit loud, even at late hours.- The access to the hotel is made through a shopping mall, and you can access the bedrooms without going through reception. I did not like that. It reminds me of a motel. Or a brothel.- The hotel asks for a mandatory deposit upon check-in, as if I was going to take their towels or set the linens on fire. I understand; guests can be savages. But it is still a silly and outdated practice for a city hotel.- The hotel's payment terminal and the hotel's ATM could not take my Visa card, issued by a major European bank. I was told it only works well with Chinese cards, and foreign credit cards often have problems.- Even though the hotel could not take my card, I had already fully paid for my stay in advance. However, despite having just arrived from a long travel, they had the nerve to tell me to go outside and withdraw cash before check-in, to pay for the deposit. That was petty and inconsiderate.- I refused to go outside before checking in, taking a shower, changing clothes, and resting for a bit. Which they accepted. Even so, after a couple of hours, they call to my bedroom and wake me up to again ask me for the deposit money. That was petty and insulting. Especially considering that I would still be staying in the hotel for three days.- There is no "do not disturb" sign on the bedrooms. So you will be disturbed by the reception and housecleaning as they see fit. Even during your naps.

Great location and all the amenities needed for a family of 4. Newish hotel and more shops should be opening within the hotel grounds. Staff were very helpful esp the Filipinos as the other staffs were not very well versed in English. It was a big birthday celebration and they upgraded us to the top floor with amazing views, so we were very happy

Very beautiful and spacious room. Great view! Beautiful pool area but very shallow. It was not an infinity pool as the water did not overflow the edge. There is a convenient store at the lobby.

Poor instructions to get to the hotel from the ferry terminal. We couldn’t find the line because there wasn’t one. I messaged them in advanced, all they said was check their website, which did not provide sufficient information. It was an extra stress we didn’t need.The lift system was not good enough for the amount of people using it. We were waiting on average 4-5 minutes every time to get on the lift. There were also lots of rude and pushy guests who weren’t controlled by staff.Odd requirement where you have to be in your swim clothes to even enter the pool area. Imagine to be in your swimsuit, walking across the crowded lobby where check in and check out guests were congregating. It was very uncomfortable.You cannot just go and sit on the sun lounger to read a book, unless you are in your swimsuit.Very poor selection of breakfast. For a five star hotel, they don’t have the option to serve sunny side up or soft boil eggs. We got there early as we wanted to avoid the crowd. It turned out that we were the first ones and it seemed that one of the staff was having their breakfast at the table too. The other staff, who was supposed to be the waitress, kept going back to him to have long and loud conversations. Shouting across the restaurant even. It felt more like a cafeteria than a nice hotel breakfast restaurant. Just like it was designed by someone who had never been to a five star hotel breakfast. Yes, it was that disappointing.

The location is Good. Staff is friendly and responsive . The guy working there Mr.Jay so friendly and helpful to give us information regarding our trip . Thanks Jay
