Beverly Plaza Hotel

room big enough for family stay and the room lighting very bright. surrounding got lots of restaurant and easy walk around.

air cond need to be more chill...

Reasonable price and easy to access.

Hotel walkway is veey small and narrow. But this is mot a major issue.

Good location. Can walk to some of the big casinos and use their shuttles to move around. Can walk to old town and sightsee all the historical landmarks. Neighborhood has restaurants, nightlife, markets. Room is big. Reception staff speak english. Nice bathtub to relax after tired day. Room is also ideal for working remotely with comfortable desk and chair. We were also given a free upgrade on the room with a good view and upper floor

Room service did not speak english so could not order to the room. Bed is hard bed, some like it I prefer softer :)

The staff is friendly, the decor is warm and stylish, the living room is spacious, and the bathroom is elongated—there's really nothing to complain about.

This hotel may be on the pricier side, but aside from that, there are no drawbacks.

Size of room and toiletries on offer

Strong smoking smell every day despite non smoking signs; only 1 staff in reception spoke english; breakfast offers was poor

Very close to Wynn and Grand casino

Expensive and not responding email queries

The room was spacious and well-appointed, providing plenty of comfort during my visit. The breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of options to start the day. The hotel's location is excellent-just a 3-minute walk from the iconic Grand Lisboa, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, but their English skills were limited. A translation app can be very helpful for smoother communication.Despite the minor drawbacks, I had a great stay overall and would recommend Hotel Beverley Plaza for its spacious rooms, good breakfast, and prime location.

Despite being a non-smoking room, there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, which was a bit off-putting.

Travelled with two other people and we booked two rooms. We liked that there was another door before accessing our rooms as this was good for privacy purposes. Clean amenities, comfortable bed and spacious rooms. Hotel staff were helpful

The other room had the smell of smoke in the vents.

The hotel room was adequate and comfortable. Vey clean and modern, this was a pleasant surprise. The inclusive buffet breakfast was amazing. The food was delicious, with vast variety as well as amazing staff. Thank you!

Hmm location

clean！！

Check in line too long. Breakfast buffet dishes are not refilled quickly

The room was very spacious and clean. The was view great and the hotel in walking distance to the city centre and near public transport.

The smell in the room (even if it says it is a non-smoking hotel, the room stinks like cold smoke.. unbearable..). Few staff speak English (some do, so it's ok, also, it seems like a hotel to be frequented by mainly Chinese people). Breakfast was ok, but nothing special, again, because it's mainly targeted at Chinese guests. The common areas, like the breakfast room and floors to the rooms, are quite old and also have this cigarette smell... In Europe, it would be more like a 2-star hotel..

Nice huge room

Ventilation in the toilet is not so good and a little bit of smell

the girl from housekeeping was very good. very polite and nice.

amenities are incomplete. The room was smelled cigarette, though we get a non smoking room.

Clean hotel & room, good service and a central location, all at a good price.

Good place , good location , just the breakfast not so good as there’s no much choice for us
