City of Dreams Macau - Nüwa Macau

Staff and their level of service is excellent. Thr rooms are very nice, clean and well maintained.

The air freshener scent in the lobby is too strong and overwhelming. Gives us a headache when walking thru or waiting in the lobby.

Service and room

none. over my expectation.

The staff at the hotel lobby reception Tiffany was very kind and helpful! Without her welcoming us and helping us, we wouldn’t enjoy the stay with 110% satisfactory.

I would say if there are free movies available would be appreciated!~

Breakfast quality and choice was fantastic, and service throughout the hotel was impeccable. Special mention to to Reception and Concierge, but couldn't fault anybody or anything. There is a huge amount of competition in the area, but the Nuwa really stands out.

Nothing!

The breakfast buffet area was on the 27th floor and had a fantastic view over Macau cotai strip. The food was very high quality with a decent spread. The staff were the highlight of the trip, they went out of their way to assist us and help us in anything we requested incl escorting us personally to the food court in the adjoining mall in case we got lost.

The TV system could be a little more intuitive and there wasn't a choice to watch live Premier League football. Otherwise, very little to complain of.

Room spaced out well with very good size bathroom. Chairs comfortable.

Nothing significant other than that pillows & bed a bit soft

it was our first time visiting Macau, and I believe we stayed in one of the best hotels. The reception team was very attentive—whenever we asked for directions, they would offer to personally take us there. Mr. Kurt assisted us during our stay, and we were very impressed with his service.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Best 5 stars hotel we stayed at. Attention to fine details and all staff we encountered provided exceptional service. Including front desk/ concierge staff (Jeffrey, Tiffany, Kurt and Aaron) to bell captain and room cleaning staffs are all providing above and beyond services. The condition of the hotel is exceptional and view/location are all excellent. There is absolutely zero imperfection.

Great view from the floor to ceiling window. Staff was excellent, very courteous and helpful. Excellent breakfast buffet in a beautiful setting. Love the control panel at the bedside. It controls the lights and the curtain.

Nothing. Will come back!

The hotel is very modern and clean. The environment is quiet and away from most busiest area.

All staff are very nice and attentive.

Miklo the manager was the best .. she provided us with every bit of service we needed for our honeymoon stay in Nüwa

I wish we've stayed longer

Everything they gave us a fruit plate and spent so much time at check in with us. Best service we’ve experienced! Welcome drink was great too. Thank you so much

Hotel was beautiful, attention to detail was excellent

Directions were not clear at times, at times we found ourselves going the long way round. On departure the guidance to get to the correct border gate was just wrong, we ended at the wrong bottom crossing and had to exit, get into a taxi and head off to the correct border crossing to get back to Hong Kong, mildly stressful, fortunately we had no deadline to meet.

Very plush hotel with all amenities

Bus pick up a long way from hotel entrance

Room very comfortable and nicely decorated

Pillow was too soft but actually there are different types of pillow that I could request for.

The facilities, the decoration of the room and the staff.

The elegantly decorated room was very spacious with a separate dressing room. We had a terrific view of the Cotai strip and it was amazing at night with all the lights. The free minibar was a bonus! Hotel lobby was quiet and serene after the chaos in the casinos. Staff was excellent and efficient particularly Jeffrey the concierge and Carol at reception.Walking distance to Taipa village.

All the works going on around the City of Dreams complex made it difficult to get to the hotel.

Nice and comfortable hotel in Taipa. We have booked a room with a view so we can enjoy the Big Ben and the Eiffel Tower and it did not disappoint. We also took advantage of the free shuttle service offered which is convenient.

Really nothing. Obviously we knew when we booked the hotel that the hotel is not in the central part of the city and not as accessible. However, having said that, I don’t think it make much of a difference because Macau is a small city and transportation is very convenient.

Really brilliant experience! The service was pretty good and all staffs were super nice. The welcoming fruits were delicious and the breakfast was also great.

There is something on the ceiling that always blinking during the night. Don’t know what’s that but that’s a bit annoying (?!

The staff was attentive and quick to respond to any requests, ensuring that everything was taken care of efficiently. The service was seamless and made my stay much more comfortable. Their attention to detail and professionalism truly stood out. Highly recommend the room service for making the stay even more pleasant!
