Sands Macao Hotel

They gave us a room with a very nice view (around the 20th floor), and the staff was extremely attentive when we arrived at the hotel at 10:00 AM, going out of their way to help us with an early check-in instead of 3:00 PM. When I mentioned that our flight is in the evening, they proposed to extend our check-out time to 1 PM instead of 11 AM.The hotel itself is close to a bus stop, so it's easy to navigate around Macau, and it's just 2 stops away from the port, so the transfer from Hong Kong was easy.

Nothing that much to consider a dislike, but if I have to mention any, it's that the television didn't have the range expected for a high-class hotel like Netflix or other apps for movies/shows. As someone from Southeast Asia, items of ease like the bidet would have been very useful. Lastly, the lights were not easy to control in the room since there weren't many labels on them, and we had to guess.

Near to ferry terminal, free shuttle bus, spacious room. Thank you sands for your welcoming snacks ❤️ My kids love it.

Unfortunately when we go to the pool, the pool is on maintenance

I and my daughter have awesome experience with the Sands Macao Hotel. The Service Quality is good. The staff are really supportive. My daughter also received a birthday cake and it was awesome. Surely we Will come back Thank you.

I was not aware that the hotel has airport service and a bus going to other locations.

The front desk are very hospitality and informative . Jason Wu helped with all my inquiries as I was in a business trip to catch up with two meetings. They arranged early check-in and allowed late check out and provide necessary information and recommendations for all questions I asked. The Suite is very clean and large space than most of hotels in a fairly good price. The hotel also provides free shuttles to the borders, other hotels within the same group. So it’s very convenient to visit all major landmark within footstep. Thanks.

All the staff there are very helpful! Kudos to them!We had request for a birthday surprise for my niece and everything have been prepared nicely with a beautiful cake, balloons and well written card.

The hotel is bit far from Macao city coz there are taxis and shuttle bus.

It was modern it was very good.it lived up to the five star establishment

The hotel lobby was a little obscured need some clear marking of some kind to be noticed.

Aside from the complete amenities that the sands offer, the staff and service is amazing! Everyone is accommodating and really cares about its customers. We stayed here for our anniversary and the staff prepared anniversary surprises for us (they gave us cake and some free snacks and Drinks which are all amazing!!)

Room service Breakfast was a bit disappointing

It is a magnificent hotel, I was in #1927 with excellent views, all the comforts and magnificent attention from all the staff and I would highlight the wonderful attention of Sonia and Dean. I will return and recommend it.

Spacious room. Clean and tidy

Rooms are getting dated

We arrived around noon, a bit earlier than check in time, they tried to find a room for us in a short while and actually it was also upgraded to a harbor view room. They also sent us a snack pack, a fruit dish and a souvenir bear which my daughter really loved. During our stay, all the staff that we met are very friendly and helpful, the shuttle bus also makes traveling convenient. The hotel is very close to the fishman’s harbour, and the Guia lighthouse as well. I will recommend the hotel to other visitors to Macau.

The bedroom/lounge facilities were all very good, spacious and well appointed with a good view, bathroom very good, particularly the jacuzzi bath. Staff were all very attentive. The reception and cleaning staff were all excellent. The location is okay for the northern part of Macau if you want a 30 minute walk into the touristy areas near the St Paul's ruins.

The swimming pool was shut (no warning on the app). The gym is in another building - not convenient so we didn't use it. The price was steep for the location (next to the ferry terminal but not near the airport, although the airport is only 15/20 minutes taxi ride). Also the 15% tax was not clearly mentioned in the price which made it much more expensive than expected.

Excellent service, spacious room, and we are so impressed with the free room upgrade.Enjoy the Jacuzzi bath in room and stunning view.Overall it was an enjoyable stay. Would come back again.

Restaurant choice - most of the restaurants open at 12pm and we struggled to find restaurant for breakfast.

Big and cosy room.Quiet environment and next to the Fisherman Wharf where good food is available.

It’s a bit far from the main shopping district. Need to check the bus stop so that it will be convenient to move around.

Staffs are very professional and nice! The beds are so comfortable, both myself and my kids love the beds so much!

Not many casual dining options compare to other similar hotels

We were so pleased that Aileen from FO recommended for us to have the breakfast delivered in the room instead of going down to the restaurant. The choices were great.
