Pros +
- Location is in between ferry and historic center so quite walkable.
- close to restaurants but expensive!
- -Room was clean & bed was comfortable.-High quality toiletries were provided.-Within a 15 to 20min walking distance to Senado square & old Portuguese area.-Free luggage storage for half a day.
Cons -
- facility needs lots of improvement! had several issues during our stay. staff are not greeting at all! feeling cold
- -Slightly expensive room rate.
- The room smelled of tobacco. We were kindly transferred to another room ,but It smelled, too. Maybe carpet or curtains kept the smell, even though now the room is non smoking. Some items of the room need urgent renovation

Location was great! Walking distance to all the sites. Plenty of great food places near by. And the view from our flaw Waa great. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was always clean and tidy!
Nothing. It was great. Next time I'm in Macau I'll be coming back to stay
We did not pay in advance for breakfast and did not use the restaurant at all.
The humidity in the room was very high.
As it's 5 stars hotel breakfast supposed to be international breakfast. It's pure Chinese breakfast
No western breakfast
Easy to go siteseeing. There are some restaurants near by.easy to find hotel.
Comfortable the room is clean enough.A bit too cold and difficult to change the room temperature.
Everything was amazing - great value for money, friendly staff, room was super clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again when I visit Macau in the future.
My only complaint would be that the bed was a tad bit too soft, but that all comes down to personal preference.
I really like the location which is convenient to go downtown area.
The reception had inappropriate arrange for my reservation. The time was shown should check in after 2 p.m.. I checked in around half past 3. The receptionist told that I need to wait another hour to get the room. Because they don't have the room I booked available at the moment. After argument, they offer a room and can check out 2 hours after.
the staff was nice and the location is good .??????
the smell of the room not really good ??
Friendly staff and accomodating especially Mr. Michael in the reception area, they can speak english
Great central location to both the outer harbor ferry (5 blocks by taxi) and the major casinos Wynn, MGM etc. 7Eleven right across the street and many restaurants close by. Bus stop downstairs on the corner as well.G>
Good price. Reasonably clean and comfortable rooms, but nothing more.
Not in a very ideal location -- somewhat isolated from the more historical parts of Macau.
Location is central.
