MGM Cotai

This is the best hotel I've lived in. The location for MGM Cotai is perfect, about 5 mins to Wynn and 10 mins to Venetian, shopping and finding place to take photo are all convenience. The room is super clean and all soft drive in refri are free.

I requested higher floors book my room over a month in advance and I get the lowest floor when i checked in ar 4:45pm.Only the fruits are good on the buffet table. The sunny side egg I ordered is warm Everything else is cold. I didnot go back for breakfast the next day.The shower in my room is broken and need to be fixed the next morning.

Good location and easily accessible to nearby facilities and shopping areas. Breakfast selection is good enough and great to have the breakfast timing to end later.

Pool and Spa closed a little too early for my liking but great pool to be at with outdoor sunshine and all.

Ate at Five Foot Door a michelin star restaurant and had a most memorable experience with exemplary service staff and sumptuous food.

Toilet inside hotel room had a cigarette smoke smell.

Checked in at 3PM and they said the room wasnt ready. Umm.. Also plenty of loud tourist screaming down the corridor. Best if they could just partition tourist floor apart from the rest so we could sleep soundly at night.Check in guy wasnt friendly and professional - needs more training.

The room is nice, location is okay. Staff in the breakfast restaurant were very nice.

Absolutely terrible customer service. This is one of the worst experiences that I have had staying at any hotel let alone one that is supposed to be 5 stars. I wrote an email setting out my complaint as I would not give a poor review without opportunity to reply and their response was hollow. Their staff are poorly trained which resulted in an extremely frustrating experience for me. While the hotel is fine, I would recommend staying elsewhere as this really isn’t a true international hotel experience. There are much more reasonably priced hotels to stay in that would likely offer better service.

Very good taste of the hotel design inside and outside. The rate was reasonable for room and service during the period. Though the variety of breakfast was not that impressive, all the dishes were delicious which was beyond expectation. BTW, we really enjoyed the complimentary welcome drinks in the mini bar and bubble tea served in the casino!

The window view is a bit below expectation.

The room is clean and tidy. We are family of two adults and two 5 years old children. We enjoyed staying in MGM Cotai. The staff are really thoughful and polite. They sent us easter egg and complimentary gifts to room as we have two children. The breakfast buffet is really nice. Food and drinks are good.

Hotel room is tidy.

The reception staff(lady) attitude was so bad and not helpful. I never had this experience before. She didn't tell us which restaurant for breakfast in the morning , when she approach us just said give her ID card, when we give her she said one only, how come before she ask ,she didn't say one person ID card is ok. .

The staff services are excellent,Casino foods and drinks are well-served,Room is clean and spacious.A Perfect stay in all.

super bad management!! we arrived to check in at ard 2:45pm and were told that there was no non-smoking rooms at the moment and needa wait and turned out we got our room key at 5PM!! I asked the reception if we can check out the next day at a later time and I was told that we can only extend the check out time for 1hr only ….. I feel like if the hotel is not capable of hosting so many guests, they shouldn’t sell it at such a premium price…. this is definitely my worst experience so far with a five-star hotel …

been called before arrive and request for not staying the pectic room, because we know that hotel has been someone died in the room before. but the staff still gave us the room that we requested not to stay. no respect at all

I had a bad skin allergy during the trip, we intended to go A&E but we were concerned about the covid situation at the hospital. We called up customer service to enquire on the opening hours of Macau hospital and a lovely polite girl prompted further on why we needed to visit the hospital and informed us that the hotel actually has an in-house doctor who is able to assist us! The hotel called us a couple of times to ask and confirm symptoms and drug allergies. Shortly after, in-house doctor came to my room, he was accompanied by 3 hotel staff, doctor was really attentive and had a look again at my skin allergy before he gave me the pills and cream he prescribed based on the earlier phone conversations. I feel very touched and it is obvious that the hotel took this matter seriously. The hotel staff also told me to ring up the hotline if I need any ice bag or further assistance and they are more than happy to help. I highly recommend the hotel and definitely look forward to stay again when I next visit Macau!

I have nothing but praises for the very professional team at MGM Cotai, they gave what I deemed as "luxury" service!

The Room was so comfy, excellent service from the concierge and to the room service.breakfast is good.overall is Excellent and we plan to come back, we enjoy much.
