Located in the heart of Canberra, this stylish hotel offers a restaurant and a fitness center. All luxury accommodations features a private balcony with outdoor furniture. There is a free airport shuttle on weekdays, departing twice daily. Avenue Hotel Canberra is just a 10-minute walk from both Canberra Museum & Gallery. It is a 4-minute drive from National Convention Center Canberra and an 11-minute drive from Canberra International Airport. After a day of exploring, guests can take a shower in their private bathroom and then wrap themselves in a gown provided. You can watch a show on the flat-screen TV or listen to music using the iPod dock. Most rooms have a fully equipped kitchen.

- my room was quiet..excellent location
- The price was fantastic, breakfast was tasty and good value. The suite had a large balcony which was a bonus and the kitchen and laundry were brilliant and totally unexpected. Lovely shower. Fast elevators. The staff were so welcoming and very helpful.

- There was nothing we didn't like about the hotel but we couldn't get the aircon right and we didn't realise that if you took something out of the fridge it added to your room charge after 15 seconds(?)Only window shopping with that fridge.
