- Prices for food and drinks was expensive along with room service charge. I had a bad experience in the dining room getting service and then getting my food. I never went back. The blackjack table was always full while other tables went empty.
- Bathroom, shower and toilets could be more spacious.

friendly housekeeping staff
given the worst room in the hotel and it wasn't full. not a single vegan option on any of the restaurant or room service menus in 2023. the nearby markets were able to do this?
