- The room was well set out and comfortable

Cons -
- Room furniture was looking tired & worn. Small Scuffs and marks on the furniture and walls. Toilet was trickling water all night long and the seat was loose. Luckily I could close the door and not hear the trickle. Too far away from the core of Gold Coast
- The restaurant in the evening lacked atmosphere. Just an eating place
- Thought, if all things, the shower was not up to the standard of the hotel

What impressed me the most is the valet parking person that help me with all my assisting in parking the car and warming it up in the morning before I have to get to the airport at 4:30 AM I would like the hotel to now that gentlemen Did a great job
