Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Vibe Hotel Gold Coast of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AUD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 1.2% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Please note that there is a 2.5% charge when you pay with an American Express, JCB or Diners Club credit card. The property does not accept cash as a method of payment (card only). You must show a valid credit card and photo ID (passport or driver's license) upon check in. This credit card and ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation, and a copy will be retained by the hotel. Please note that guests must be at least 18 years old to check into Vibe Hotel Gold Coast. Please note bookings over 7 nights will only receive a weekly housekeeping service.
