The staff is superior.At the cafe, are an asset. I remembered hotel employee from my previous stay. He is engaging, attentive, and shows passion for his job. Hotel employee was also very friendly. The front desk folks are wonderful as well.

Coffee etc in the room was not stocked. Had to get it from front desk, where its under lock and key. Breakfast is a disaster, if prepaid.

Safety - you had to have a room card to access the hotel and elevator. I was cold and called downstairs for a blanket at 12:30am. It arrived in 3 minutes.

Location great - Room/suite size wonderful/nice to have a big balcony.The room we were in definitely felt more like a flipped apartment than a 4 STAR HOTEL. Furniture was mostly up to par though the table showed signs of wear.
