Pros +
- Easy to get to, Next to casino where i had an event, good priced parking.
- Nothing
- We didn't need to leave the building, everything was there pool, a number of restaurants, entertainment, casino.
Cons -
- I asked for champagne glasses and an ice bucket for my champagne and was told that the hotel does not have them if none in stock. For a high class hotel you would expect this !!
- Cleanliness, insect infestation, mold
- Limited room service menu but there were so many other options available within the complex (and Uber Eats). The TV in the room didn't work but as we were staying the one night we didn't contact reception to correct.
