Great location and excellent front desk staff

Every aspect at the hotel is really high quality. The food is amazing and the restaurants there are high class. Room is clean, spacious and has great view. Pools are wow, and very good location.

The hotel was located on the Esplanade so a lovely stroll to the Marina, night market and restaurants.The staff team was very helpfulIncredible breakfast with a wide range of options for all tastes.

Unfortunately we had to change rooms as the damp air does result in some rooms smelling musty. The staff were incredibly helpful and I appreciate it’s difficult as so wet and humid at this time of the year. However it wasn’t pleasant.

My room was available an hour before 2pm check in time. Staff kindly took my luggage up to my room. I had a beautiful room overlooking the esplanade. No noisey neighbours. Short walk into town.

Great hotel. Tremendous room overlooking the sea. A great location on the Esplanade.

The pool area was so beautiful and it was great to be able to order food and drinks by the pool. It was a nice touch to supply sunscreen for the guests too.

The location, upscale facilities and amenities it’s a vestibule facility. The kids enjoyed the pool

The restaurants were difficult to get into and room service was not on par. We used u treats and managed.The chairs in the lobby area were dirty. For a 5 star hotel, they could consider replacing the cushions

The air conditioning did not remove the humidity from the air. It felt like a “swamp cooler” and was not comfortable at all since it was hot outside. Otherwise the place was great.

That it didn’t smell mouldy

Not really exclusive to adults only- Too many children.

The staff were great and informative. The facilities were clean and great.

Needs more umberllas for the other pool chairs.

The friendly staff, easy check in and check out, wonderful location, extremely comfortable and welcoming! Smells beautiful!

It’s not a dealbreaker by any means, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. But upon arrival, we were greeted by a decent-sized (live) cockroach inside our room, which we quickly got rid of, and the only other thing we noticed was mould/dirty patches surrounding one of the main air conditioning vents. (Tower room 303).

The property was in an amazing location and good staff

My room was changed to an wheel chair room I was extremely disappointed as this was not what we booked and working in health care it is the last thing I want to see when on holidays it would have been nice to have an option

Staff was excellent.

Facilities dated (not 5 star as claimed), but biggest issue is that AC left rooms wet (including sheets), and room smelling musty (which carried over onto our bags and clothes when we left).

The beds were comfortable. Location was perfect. Pool was amazing. Restaurant was amazing !

Lobby area(billiard pool) is a littl too hot?

Everything. I stayed here a few weeks ago and had the chance to come back for two nights, and I loved it again. Friendly staff, amazing facilities, the breakfast buffet is good.

I didn’t like that I couldn’t stay longer!

The pool was good. We had one day where towels weren't available so definitely will bring our own in the future. The room service and surrounding restaurants were amazing.

The only issue we ran into was the service at paper crane was slow some days. One day at the pool we waited 30 minutes for a drink and when we approached them to ask, they finally made our drinks.

Pool is amazing and the staff are super friendly.

The rooms were not clean and had a moldy smell. The hallway to our room was small and very dirty. Not enough umbrellas around the pool area

The pool and connecting restaurant were great!

The beds were double, not queen, this is disappointing for a venue to this caliber.
