Crystal Garden Resort

Hardly a resort - not sure what resort fees were for. The place is run down, needs major maintenance or upgrades. Room cleanliness was substandard

Very clean. Great toiletries. Comfortable beds

No WiFi!!! Only one free hour WiFi!!!

Clean and quiet.

Not close to downtown but a quick bus ride or rent a car makes up for the location.

We had to make arrangements for a late arrival after closure of the reception. Everything worked out perfectly, couldn't have been better!

Nothing looks like an old block of flats converted to motel

Not up to standard of booking.com places in my unqualified opinion Looks like locals live there full time hanging around in property as I arrived late I felt like they were waiting for local drug dealer to arriveNot a good feeling in the dark

The location

The facilities,very smelly drain rubbish and flies outside the bin shed. Wooden blocks holding up the curtain above the door, not sure whether it was the toilet or shower leaking

Noise level extreme. Banging and clanging overhead our room until 2.47am. 1st night kids running around yelling

The Pool.

No microwave nor cutlery in rooms. Limited amount of linen also.

Friendly service. Very willing to please. Off street parking.

Units are older but are being fixed up. Noisy people upstairs. Only 1 pillow each. Microwave would be handy.

Bed was really uncomfortable and we had people walking around all night knocking on everyones doors it was very unnerving.

Close to airport

Mouldy walls Front door handle fell off Sketchy part of town Didn’t supply us with door or gate code for after hours entry.

The wifi was really slow. , and i think i may have accidentally left something important in one of the draws . By chance did you guys happen to come across 3 external computer hard drives wrapped in a sock ? If so can pls let us know via 0483 333 732 ,. They are really important. Regards.

Excellent service. Very friendly reception. Good location. Great value for money. One of the best budget motels I have stayed in. Highly recommend.

Age of resort but it appears that they are spending money to upgrade. Not that they can do anything about age of building. Only minor repairs needed. Went to have shower at 4am but found no hot water. Later that morning it was there.

It is what it is. Price was fair, housekeeping was a little relaxed. Rooms themselves, for the price where suitable, pillows where ceap like everywhere.

Beautiful pool

Shower was horrible broken also couldn’t leave the gate almost lost my job being 2 hrs late!

Location was handy & close to the airport, which was important!Beds were comfortable but pillows were not! Extra pillows would have helped!Accessibility to & from room & carpark was good as was the security gates! That was appreciated!

Couldn’t get hot water in the bathroom sink or shower…was only lukewarm at best!Was expecting some basic cutlery, a few plates & glasses which would have been very handy! There were only a few mugs & teaspoons! So very difficult to eat your takeaway!

The room was good, clean and comfortable.

There was no hot water.it was pretty noisy, and no staff to be found and didn't answer multiple calls when I locked myself out. Another guest came to the rescue.
