Bathroom very dirty

Pillows stunk.

Noisy, fighting neighbours at 5.00am. in the morning which went on for forty minutes. Rough as guts clientele.

Front counter staff was friendly.

The noise from what appeared to be resident tenants at the end 2 storey units. Industrial Rubbish bin at entrance was overflowing and stunk, floor felt dirty, very very old decor and room. Id expect to pay $80 a night or by the hour, not $150. Fridge was tiny and rusted.

It's central to most location and close to the hospital in you travelling for treatment.

The bed wasn't comfortable Enuff there was no milk in the fridge to use or make a cuppa.

cleanliness is okay, old run down motel. People on drugs stay in accommodation m, woke up to someone fighting and arguing.

Avoid

Check in was a train wreck. They did not know which rooms were available and took 15 minutes to find a room. Cockroaches and ants crawling around in the room and on the beds. Air-con didn't work. Noisy neighbours.

Did not have breakfast.

People door knocking looking for the manager and also looking for lighters.

DO NOT STAY. IT IS A DRUG HOUSE. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING DIRTY SMELLY. URINE SMELLING SHEETS

Do not stay. Absolutely disappointed discussing.

The door had a safety chain

Hairs and dirt in the bed. Dirty towels. Someone's underwear was still left in the bathroom. Loud voices and partying till very late.Water from a leak around the fridge area. Expensive for very average accommodation

The cleaner, who had started the job whilst we we were there.

The sewerage i.e. the excrement that came up through the drainhole of the shower basin.The fact that we could get no discount nor compensation because we had "used the amenities" ... hmmmm.Well, we arrived 9:30pm the night before and were too tired to shower.When we went to shower the next morning, the excrement was bubbling up.The smell was awful. I re-packed as much as I could into my car so that the smell would not infiltrate it.There is more, but I think I have run out of space here?

Last minute option and the check in staff was friendly

Everything else.The facilities - Inside the wardrobe, was broken. To be precise we got room no 1. No hot water- it came for a minute and then cool water. Dirty curtain in the shower, floor and walls had mould. Tv wasn’t functioning. The room smelt dusty. Felt like the room was made like weeks ago and left like that. Could smell that dust like from the sheets.Had people from the streets walk in with alcohol into their rooms. It felt like it was shelter for those without a place to stay. They smoked outside next door and the smoke seeped through into our rooms. Just wished I hadn’t chosen this motel or even better read other people’s reviews of this motel.I have photos but out of respect I won’t share it publicly. If not satisfied with my review, one can stay and experience for themselves.

It was awful and we...

Place was run down, pool was closed and looked like a tip, room was very antiquated. We were woken at several times night by the sound of people returning to rooms swearing and sounding aggressive! Pillows smelt like they hadn’t been replaced for quite awhile. The bathroom plumbing woke us on several occasions making strange howling and gurgling sounds.

Bed was comfortable, towels were clean and I could have a hot shower.

The floor at the entrance was not cleaned to properly, visibly dirty. Toaster rusty with bits breaking off, Tea and coffee provided but no sugar, no spoons, and the microwave was disgusting! Shower wasn’t real clean. Louvres at front of room wouldn’t fully close and had paint peeling off them. Dust in a fair few places as well. Didn’t feel comfortable in this room because of lack of cleanliness!

Location

The place was old, unmaintained and dirty. Grout in shower all mouldy, leaking tap on bathroom sink and shower, no hand towel in bathroom, old unmatching and dirty chairs, not swept outside room, no fly screen on window louvres in bathroom, little flying bugs in room, no fly screen to allow for fresh air, temp gauge on aircon didn’t work. Poor value for money as moved to another hotel in the same location for the same price which was clean and comfortable.

Great value for money , clean , tidy , affordable accommodation in close proximity to everything.

The staff is so friendly and helpful, love the bed and willing to stay again

Wish there will be more facilities

Newly renovated, friendly staff and great location.

Staff was very friendly, gave us a lot of suggestions for surrounding tours. Room was clean and tidy.

Convenient location.

Toilet cistern had top off for obvious reason. Had to manipulate things to get cistern to fill and then flush. Pretty ordinary for even a one-star motel.

Nothing - we referred to it as the Murder Motel.

Everything. The motel was horrible. It was aged, basic facilities missing like sheets or a spoon, the UHT milk provided was off, the vanity unit in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the door lock was unconvincing, we were pretty sure the man a few doors down had a prostitute visiting, the wi-fi was pretty much non-existent, visually it was gross, and my children didnt feel safe at all there. It needs to be shut down
