The apt was very clean and everyone at the place was very friendly. I would definitely Recommend staying here

Everything was perfect

Excellent location. Excellent air conditioning (3 split systems one in each bedroom and one in living area). Great pool and BBQ area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only short walk to Cairns Central, car hire places and short drive to waterftront.

Previous customers had damaged room which wasn't fault of management. Pillows were a little too soft. Crockery was a bit of mix and match.

The property is conveniently located and easily walkable to the aquarium, Cairns Central and the esplanade. The property managers were responsive and friendly and they welcomed us with an upgrade to a larger unit. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Lovely pool and outdoor seating area.

It was in a fairly quiet location

The cooking pans were greasy and there was no large saucepan for making pasta. The property was not clean - the ceiling fans were filthy, the walls were dirty and there were little cockroaches running up the walls at night. Pillows were so thin and sheet had a rip in it and stained.

Room size was really good.We enjoyed the pool and BBQ area.

Basic amenities like shampoo and conditioner and handsoap were very light on or non existent.

Worst stay we ever had

Worst place we ever stayed. The place is extremely dirty, it has never been cleaned for ages. The place is cover in mold, floor, shower, dinner table and chair and sofa. The floor is black, all our feet are black from walking. Shower floor are covered with yellow mold. The place has no staff working, I emailed management, requested to exit but no response at all. We end up cleaning the place so we can sort of staying. All the dinning chairs’ legs are broken, not usable. I paid 800.00 for two days, it is absolutely ripe off. No one to complaint, no one cares. Worst worst nightmare ever.

On arrival we were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment. Only downside to that was we had to haul our luggage up several flights of stairs as there is no lift. A good workout for us over 70’s ?The apartment was clean, comfortable & had everything we required.Also had washer / dryer in the apartment which was a bonus for us.Location is very quiet & was perfect for supermarket & townVery friendly hosts and Lyn helped us with our tours

An ideal location,10 minute walk to sea front and close to supermarket and train station.Very clean,we loved relaxing in the pool.Milk,biscuits and tea/coffee provided on arrival which was very welcome.All cleaning materials, towels,soap and shampoo provided.Will and Lyn were so helpful,advice about trips to suit our requirements,arranging for us to stay extra nights as we needed to extend our visit and even finding a camera charger for us as we’d forgotten to bring it.

Spacious clean practical accomodation near to cairns central. Perfect for our group.

The pool and room was fantastic. I loved the kitchen and patio over the pool

Our bathroom could have been cleaner when we arrived, especially as we were staying 7 nights.

Room location, top floor lots of luggage with no lift, noisy with flights going overhead

Wonderful helpful hosts. Went above and beyond on giving help and guidance for our stay in Cairns. They were able to help with every request - laundry, taxi, directions, easy parking.

Just a bit longer to walk to esplanade area.

No lifts so being on the higher floor carting your luggage up and down the stairs.

Found the unit unclean, the floors were exceptionally unclean, ants and other bugs crawling about the unit

I liked the spacious apartment rooms with laundry and kitchen, the swimming pool on premises and the secure car park.

Our room was on the second floor meaning we had to carry our bags upstairs considering there was no elevator. While the hotel did assist us with carrying a bag, we still had to carry the remaining ones during check-in and check-out. There were a few tiny cockroaches in the living room that we encountered during our stay. Not to say that the place was dirty in any way, but just that the apartment needed some annual pest control treatment.

Excellent clean facilities, a lovely terrace in a good situation.

Nice atmosphere overlooking the pool and a roomy deck to sit out on with comfy chairs. We have stayed here before and the management team are helpful and obliging.

Just a small thing, the shower is over the bath so a nonslip mat would be great.

Great big clean room, friendly staff, nice big pool, secure parking.

Pillows were small and uncomfortable, there's a train track outside and the train toots early in the morning.
