The room was spacious and had an ocean view. Tv was small, but otherwise no complaints.

No WiFi. Repeatedly calls emails to fix. The ignored and returned calls or emails

The location is very central to the centre of Cairns and the Esplanade. and walking distance to the Marina and lagoon. We were on the fourth floor so the business of the esplanade did not affect our stay. The one bedroom unit was the right size for us. The staff at the reception desk and the tour desk were friendly and helpful. We had hired a car so was using one of the designated parking bays. We did not book any tours as we were there for family resaons.

We were glad of the grab rail to step in and out of the shower as if it had not been there we would have felt unsafe. The washing machine is looking a bit old now but I was able to use it once. The reception had to replace the kettle and a light bulb in the bedroom for us. The blankets for the bed were smelly rather musty and need a wash to freshen them up.

The decor is outdated, feels a kind of dirty, bit of grime in the bathroom, couch was very uncomfortable and needs an upgrade and needs more seating for the space! Tv was too small and needed to be hung on the wall.

Great location, very friendly and helpful; staff, good unit and it was clean and the air conditioner worked very well. Beds were comfortable.

These are all very MINOR points to make but a few comments There was no oven. The circular spa that made it uncomfortable to sit in. The coffee cups were quite small and couldn't hold much.

Location is excellent and apartment is big enough

The tile floor was extremely dirty, sticky..looked like never cleaned in the past. Complained to reception in 30mins of getting in, but no response to clean it. There was no wifi, though a modem was given, never worked. This was highly inconvenient given I was working as well.

Central location with great waterfront view. Very clean and comfortable. Valter was very helpful and friendly! Will definitely stay again.

Central to necessities

Beds were extremely uncomfortable, springs sticking out and hard mattress. 2 blankets given for 3 single beds. Ants in kitchen and no spray available to kill them. Not enough dish detergent to clean dishes.

Location was perfect, walk out the door to the full, vibrant Esplanade full of eateries, and directly across the park to the lagoon. Would definitely stay again, just for the location

Noisy as right above the night market. Sound proof in the room is poor. Ventilation needs to be upgraded, mouldy bathroom

- Balcony Light wasn't working- air-conditioning wasn't cool enough - The bed is next to the door | it's disturbing to hear someone waiting for the elevator - Be able to have the room refreshed at least once.- more cleaning items such as mop and a bucket along with something to clean the sofa and bed especially when you have kids and accidents happen such as stains, I should be able to clean it by myself and not be able to get charged for cleaning.

Large apartment style to accommodate our family worked well. The location was perfect. So close to restaurants and marina

Fantastic location right in the centre of Cairns & loved the view from the large & private balcony. Apartment was spacious with well equipped kitchen for our three night stay. We thought it would be noisy being right above the night markets but we couldn’t hear any noise at all.

Get Central location, walking distance to everything. Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Comfy beds. Great facilities. Would definitely recommend!!!

Location was excellent. Situated above the night markets, cafes and restaurants on the Esplanade. We had an ocean view apartment with balcony, apartment 501 on the 5th floor which was fabulous overlooking the ocean and the Cairns Lagoon. This apartment is only serviced once weekly, however if you need extra toilet paper or towels in the meantime they will provide them for you. No Breakfast at this property but has a nice kitchen with cooking facilities, fridge, kettle, washing machine, utensils, cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses etc. Woolworths supermarket and BWS is 180m walk away. Large bathroom with walk in shower. 2 min walk to Cairns Marina where tours leave from. 10 mins to Airport, an Uber costs less than $20. This property has a small pool onsite and only 1 min walk to the Lagoon. we couldn’t have picked a better location for our stay. There is also a Toyr desk onsite, this property is family friendly and well worth a stay!

Location was excellent. Apartment had great access to garden and pool deck.

Room was not clean and so we asked for surfaces to be recleaned and this was still not done. In the end we used one of the white hand towels to dust and then took that down to reception to show how dirty the surfaces were.The kitchen utensils were tired and in one case damaged so it wasn't usable. While not a big issue in itself it made us feel like the cleaners didn't really care and couldn't be bothered to check and replace items.Too access the wifi you had to join the Accor club - which meant giving personal details and your email address. This shouldn't be necessary. It's just wifi.
