Location was great, nice to have a washer and dryer. Owners were very nice and helpful. It was clean and spacious with a balcony. There was a pool and plenty of parking. Good value

Great location for Athletics track - easily walkable. Well equipped and good air con. Nice small pool. Close to shops Helpful staff.

Could hear live pub music til late in the evening on Friday and Saturday nights. Reception not open at weekends.

We stayed 4 of us in the property.We had decent space, it is extremely well located, we walked to the shopping centre cross the road for groceries, walked to the marina for our day on the reef and you can walk to the train station. Still we had a car from previous days that we could park on site which was great.The accommodation is fitted with a washer and dryer which was great. There is also a pool which we enjoyed at the end of the day.

The kitchen equipment and dinnerware is quite light and the stove isn't very efficient, don't plan to do big cooking as it might be a bit frustating.

Location was great. It was easy to walk around the city and onsite car secure carpark was great as it meant the rental car was safe. The washing machine and dryer were fantastic. Made it easy for us to keep on top of dirty washing without having to find laundromat and we could wash and dry the towels, floor mats etc without having to go to the manager.

The beds were uncomfortable and the couch in the living room was very stained. There was limited cooking utensils even though there was a stove, oven and microwave. A non-stick fry pan that was suited to the size of the cooktop would be ideal. There was cockroaches visible in the kitchenAnd bathroom.

Location to be near the railway station.

Convenient. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Roy at reception was very welcoming and helpful. Nothing was a problem.

Spent 7 weeks here for work. The unit was big enough, full laundry in the bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Good location and secure if you need a base in the CBD

It was a whole apartment so we had plenty of space for ourselves, which was great. There was a washing machine and dryer and airer. Location was good in terms of being in walking distance from tour meeting locations. We could leave our luggage there during office hours after check-out, which was handy and we appreciated it. It was quiet. There is plenty of parking if you need it.

There was a washing machine, but no detergent provided so we had to go an buy our own, which wasn't very convenient. We didn't find the neighborhood friendly. We had a terrible first night, the mattress could use an upgrade (not very comfy and I thought I will bounce off every time my partner turned).

I chose this place due to its location and I couldn't be happier. Across the street of the Central Cairns Shopping Center and pretty close from everywhere. The apartment was extremely clean and was very comfortable.Having a service available with change of towels made the staying even better.Highly recommended!!

Having a washing machine and dryer and a pretty good size fridge.The oven worked great too.

The pool hours should be changed to 10 pm closing, an extra hour would make too much of a difference for those on holiday.

very near to restaurants as well as super markets within walkable distance. Easy check in and check out process, smiling staff. Apartment is well maintained and good for 2 people and max 3. Going for reef excursion, walking to the port is approx 10 mts.

There are no elevators, if you have big bags, you need to lift the same for 1st floor.

The mattress on the bed was average, old inner spring type with no mattress topper, everytime I rolled over my wife just about bounced out of the bed.

TV was too small only a 32 "" on a small table, should have been a lot larger mounted on the wall.

Everyone was so welcoming and friendly.. The room was comfortable with everything we needed. It is in a convenient location.

We used it as a base in the city to access lots of places to facilitate moving house. Very convenient to shops and other facilities. car parking excellent. Has a good bed, balcony etc.

The bin men arrive at 06.00 and wake the district up.

Smaller than expected lounge kitchen. Kitchen not functional. Not like advertised.Very disappointing. No mention of stairs to upper floors.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. The flat was clean and spacious. The location was excellent close to the city shops. Near the centre of the city.Many restaurants around
