Clean, functional, good location, very helpful staff

The AC was not working and when I called the reception, they said they can't do anything about it.

Easy walk to everything, very dated but clean and functional. Excellent value for money and helpful staff

The pool was out of action while we were there. I actually slept well but the bed was pretty trampoliney

The manager Warren is a great guy. The staff was really friendly and helpful, lovely quiet location close to city and esplanade.

Excellent location if going to the Cairns Convention Centre and close to supermarkets and Rusty's market

The photos on website don't reveal that the place has become a little worn over time but otherwise very good

Did not end up staying in this location as photos online do not match what the actual property looks like.

The outside property looked run down, sign is falling over, signage on building missing. Outside view of property was off putting

Great central location, with kitchen facilities , neat and tidy. Good car security.

Nice clean tidy apartment, bed was comfortable, bathroom was modern, aircon worked a treat.Great location to all the shops and restaurants in the city centre and esplanade.Only a block walk from the train station and Cairns Central shopping centre.Highly recommend?

Not many tea bags and when we asked for more the man said no Room service was very inconsistent Bed made one morning but tea bags, coffee and sugar not topped up or anything else tended to Toilet paper not topped up , we had to buy at supermarket A lot of food and breadcrumbs in a kitchen drawerReplacement dishcloth had previously been used and washed The toaster was filthy Obviously dirt and fluff in corners of bathroom Black mould around sink plug in bathroomPool was not clean All outdoor areas need a make overTimber outside warped and/or rotted

Great Spacious apartment in the centre of Cairns.2 mins walk to the main shopping center and about 8 mins walk to the lagoon.Great clothers washing facility in the apartment with complimentary detergent

Just a bit dated - but otherwise great

Great location close to everything…Excellent facilities could cook some of our own meals..

The room was very clean.

The central air conditioning was set on one temperature. We couldn’t open the louvered bedroom doors because the fridge continuously made a noise all night.

The staff are great, Brendan was really helpful

Place is a little tired but great value for money, comfortable, clean and has everything you need.

The guy at the reception was very friendly and answered all my questions.The pool water was clean and very pleasant.It's very easy to get to anywhere in the city, so even people who don't own a car will be satisfied with the location.

I was told that the room would be cleaned once every two days and that it would be vacuumed, but it was not vacuumed.There was no ventilation fan in the bathroom, so the bathroom was very humid while putting washed clothes in the dryer.

the staff were great and dealt with the issues immediately and with a great attitude. the bathroom in room 4 was gorgeous, so was the bed. no complaints there.

i booked into room 4 initially. there was a terrible musty smell which did not dissipate over the first night. I could not keep the balcony doors open as the balcony was connected to the adjacent rooms, so no security. I asked to be moved to another room which the manager (sorry, didnt get your name) was very helpful and did so (thank you!). That room was better, however the couch was the most uncomfortable i have ever sat on. the rest of the apartment was very dated. The overall state of the building and amenities, needs a good clean and power wash outside. looks like no-is spending any time or money on the property. It needs some love people, to the owners: get it together, property needs regular upkeep.

Friendly reception guy (filling in for a couple of weeks). Had everything we needed. Easy walk to everything. Large fridge. Aircon. Secure entry. Swimming pool. Washing machine. It was perfect for our 4 night stay and after 3 nights in the Daintree, was good to do some laundry. The shower had awesome pressure. If you need extra laundry detergent, pool towels etc, you can just ask for it.

Place is a bit dated but I hear that’s common in cairns. The place was spacious and had all we needed and more, so it’s not a bother really. You’re out most of the time and there’s a pool to hang out in between. The lift had some glitches too.

Location was excellent on the city fringe and easy walking to shops restaurants buses train and entertainments etc. Facilities overall a little dated but very clean with everything needed for an extended stay. Didn't use the pool or the secure carpark but it was an included availability. The apartment size and layout very good. Apartment was regularly serviced and well.

Great location and facilities (washing machine, tumble drier, iron etc). Immaculately clean. Warren, the manager, was great.

The staff were fantastic and let us check in early. The location in the city was good to everything. 15 minute walk to the esplanade. The apartment had been refurbished and was very nice and clean. Very comfortable bed.

The outside of the facility was in dire need of a paint and waterblast. The pool area was uninviting and had no feel to it. We never used the pool. There was also no loungers or bbq

Spacious, clean, good facilities in the apartment; washing machine, dryer, stove etc. Good location near most things.
