Cleanliness and condition of room

Close proximity to the airport, and the upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 adults.

Staff were lovely, great housekeeping. Couldn't go enough for us, polite, friendly and all fantastic. Good sized pool. Great location close to shops.

We liked everything

The rooms were pretty clean and bigger than we thought. Staff were friendly and offered all guests some tea and coffee in the morning which is nice. Location is walking distance to most places and overall the place was good for its value

Sometimes the staff weren't around at the desk so there were a few times where we had to wait a bit until a staff member happens to be near the area

The location wasn't bad

The beds were like bowls, the aircon leaked on the bed and our clothes in the middle of the night. The coffee mugs were filthy.

Typical motel, very basic doors but we still felt safe. Pool was not very inviting, a bit dirty.

The staff had EXCEPTIONAL communication and our large room was SPOTLESS. We were going to arrive after midnight and they assured us that they could accommodate us even though reception would be closed. Sure enough, they emailed instructions in advance on how to get access to our room and all was exactly as promised. There was also a note attached to the key fob that helped us find the room, which was wonderful since we were so exhausted and had never been there before. Everything inside was clean and comfortable and in perfect working order. Juice, coffee, and muffins were offered in the pleasant office in the morning.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. It is a bargain motel, not a 5-star hotel chain, and it is clearly well managed, well maintained, and comfortable.

The property we booked was double booked and they put as up in this dump!! It’s was dirty and run down needs a lot of TCL. Very disappointed

Spacious rooms, a little outdated, but generally clean. Location suited our needs.

Next door to Backpackers who were noisy partying to late in the night / early morning (as they do, but not so great if you are trying to sleep yourself).One of the blankets/doona covers from the drawer had an odd smell to it (almost like strong smelling playdough), so we couldn't use it (travelling at Winter, it is a bit cooler at night, so extra layer was needed).

I like the area,, the facilities, the reservation, the Excellent service from the staff, swimming pool, rooms all good and in perfect conditions.I rate all Excellent and perfect.Hoping to return soon with families

The room was cool, comfortable and quite. The bed was soft and easy to sleep in.

The inside shows wear and tear with a few chips on the doors.

Not clean, no proper housekeeping, location and neighbourhood was not good. No facilities

Good location, very friendly staff. Nice big room (was upgraded ?‍♂️). Close to shops and some restaurants.

Room was well presented, clean, and bed quite comfortable.

No working power points at all !! Spoke to after hours staff, they were either unwilling or unable to reset the circuit breakers, suggested I seek a refund and change motel ? Not really a viable solution at 10pm. So spent the night with no tv, jug, fridge, or bedside lights. As someone with 30years experience managing and maintaining motels I would offer management some advice. Problems always wait for the most inconvenient time, ALL staff should at least know where the circuit breakers are, and most guests are quite understanding if you at least attempt to fix the problem.

Location was good. Close to airport as we had to catch a plane the next morning

The noise during the night from party goers heading home disturbed our sleep a bit
