- The reception staff were not as hospitable as one would normally expect. As a couple, we have done a lot of travelling in the last 37 years. It is rare to be made to feel that you are almost unwelcome.
- Cant say much because we only stayed for few hours before checking out again in the morning.

The airport noise
I loved the fact it was a home away from home. Walking distance to the CBD and beautiful view of the esplanade...Had all the utilities needed to make my stay with my son comfortable. The two separate bedrooms and bathrooms allowed us privacy and my son loved swimming in the pool. Highly recommended. P.S the cleaning staff was so friendly and was happy to help with any questions we had. He deserves a raise!

Very comfortable, spacious apartment. Well equipped. Close to north end of Esplanade and the mangrove area (great for birdwatching). Lovely lady at reception.

Cleanliness, bathroom shower was poor quality, no exhaust fans in bathrooms.
Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, we only stayed one night but would definitely stay longer next time, and enjoyed the pool.
Signage to the pool would be helpful or a map in the apartment to show you where the pool and your way around the building would be good.

Lack of cleanliness, mould in air conditioning and roof, broken tiles with sharp edges , informed management of injury caused by tiles and was ignored

The unit we were allocated was old and tired and desperately needs updating. There was mould on the cement of the outdoor area and the garden was overgrown.
First placed (for 2 nights) in a sub-standard apartment but moved to a better one for final 3 nights.
The first apartment was noisy, sparsely furnished and not well cleaned.
