Nice evening front desk staff

Dirty hakks, stairs, out dated, unflushed toilet, unsafe fire alarm, hairdryer didnt work, not a 4 star as indicated.

Dirty, old, broken sink, and dirty carpet that smells.

The staff members at the front desk were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They gave me valuable tips for activities that I found very interesting and beneficial for me during my stay there. The food at the hotel restaurant was the best!

For our visit in Cairns it was a good location

* Noisy - conversation heard from hallway and other peoples rooms especially at 4am! * Dark * Overlooked an overgrown garden * Toilet leaked * Hairdryer was broken

The hotel was nothing like you described. Dirty smelt tv stuck on one channel no cable tv even though advertised and even in the littriture in the room . We never stayed five minutes and are pursuing a complete refund. Very bad experience. Please contact

The staff was amazing and so helpful. The rooms were also very clean and comfortable. I think this hotel is overall really good interms of quality for the price that you pay.

The only thing I was not so theilled about at this hotel is its location. It is located far away from the rest of the main attractions in Cairns and is a not so pleasant neighbourhood.

Huge roaches in the rooms! Went to front desk to be moved and nobody is there after hours when I showed up at 10:15pm. On my way to the lobby I saw more roaches in the hallway. Girlfriend wanted me to book another hotel she was so upset.

Good value motel / hotel not very close to downtown but an acceptable distance away if you rent a car. Downtown is a 50 mins walk versus a 10 minute drive by car. A 24 hour gym is a few blocks walk away & not many decent food options close by this motel.

It was a clean enough motel but the wifi was spotty and not very fast. The room was darker than expected but the price was right for the standard of facilities and service we received.

Spacious, AC, TV, reliable and free Wi-Fi, comfortable. Fantastic for the very affordable price.

The opening hours are a bit strange, with a big gap between 11am and 4.30pm. One of the towels in our room had a big and old blood stain on it.

This motel, not hotel was very poor quality. We were expecting a 4 star hotel near the city and got a 1 star motel on the southside. It was in a rundown neighborhood and we had to take a bus everywhere. We also got harassed at the bus stop while waiting.

Friendly staff and it was clean and quiet for sleeping.

The only thing close to go to on foot was one shopping mall and a couple small resturants. To far to walk to coast.

Cheap. Value for money.
