Room was clean, but dated. Carpets and curtains were stained which gave a bad impression.

Doors in unit 1009 require greasing as all doors squeak

The location is very central. Room was a good size with good kitchen and laundry facilities.Very helpful staff.

A bit dated. Furniture was a bit worn and shabby.Bathroom a bit mouldy.No sea view which was a shame given the location.The air conditioning control didn’t work in one of our rooms, which made it very cold and there was no duvet, just a sheet and cover, so it was cold in the night.Staff did try to fix it and provided blankets on request when they couldn’t.

Walking distance to the main shopping centre.

Couldn’t turn the aircon off. It was too cold for me.

The room was set up nicely, clean and tidy. the pool was in a great spot. The staff at the front desk were great and very helpful. The whole hotel is nice smelling and clean which was great.

The air conditioning lights on the panel are very bright trying to sleep with them was a little difficult. The lifts didn't really feel safe as they kept making clunking noises. The toilet roll.holder is very far down not sure why but wasn't easy to get the paper off.

I've stayed here multiple times and every time has been incredible! The staff are amazing, very friendly, helpful and efficient. The rooms are amazing, we have been given a room with a partial ocean view and overlooking the pools. Highly recommend staying here

We had hot water in the shower first evening but then cold water We were not too worried about this as the weather was hot

They don’t clean the room everyday which is really funny Wants us to pay $40 per visit to clean their hotel Nobody comes to room to give water have to go to reception for water and towels I’ve never seen like this anywhere I would not go their again You can get better hotel by paying $50/80 extra for 3 days around this area

Everything about this hotel is great! we booked an ocean view and we got it. The staff were fantastic, friendly, cheerful, helpful and personable. the room was tidy, clean, well equipped, large and with a fantastic view. It's on the seafront and in the centre of town- with woolworths close by. The kitchen had everything you need. The lifts were quick. Towels are provided for your trips away from the hotel and storage available for late flights.

The internet. Not sure why this hasn't been fixed yet as others have mentioned it, in our room we could only get it by the door and it was a little slow- so a little inconvenient- also you have to sign up to a (free) membership to get it, which I don't like doing. We weren't there for the internet though- so no real problem

The location is outstanding. The aircon was really good. The shower was good.

The facilities are dated and there was definitely room for improvement with the cleanliness.

Staff at reception was very welcoming, friendly and inviting. Beds in room was very comfy, and location of motel is in the heart of the city, walking distance to everything.

Doors or rooms be made sound proof, could hear people talking from the outside as they pass your room, motel rooms especially.

Location was perfect. Secure at night and only card access to enter. Lots of restaurants in area and market was 3 blocks away. Nice clean place

Bad

The room looked like it had never been cleaned there was dust abs muck everywhere looked under the bed and found a pack of playing cards and old food went to complain and was told they don't clean the rooms everyday. Every other day would of been nice stayed there 5 days and it never got cleaned once will never stay there again

We booked a large 3 bedroom apartment which was perfect for a family of 6. View was stunning. Access to restaurants, the Esplanade and Cairns was easy and at our doorstep. With very hot and humid weather, the Aircon was great.

The view, the spacious, tidy home-like apartment. Easy access to city centre. Private.

cheaper :) I didnt know how to turn the dish washer on :( I think I left my necklace in the apartment and I didn't get a call about it being left behind.

Location

T he dishwashers couldn't be turned off , no staff was available to check it, they could only noted it down. The smoke alarm came on at 3am woke us up .
