Location to every amenity we required

Bed was comfy, view from balcony was mainly of trees, was hoping to see the sea overlooking the prom, but the sea was in the distance. Not a major problem, but not as good as my previous stay.

I had no plug in my room and the clothes line over bath didn't work. Reported to reception and they put a plug in my room while I went out within one hour, grest service, but the clothes line was broken, luckily could dry things on balcony. The point being this should not have been a problem, why did the room cleaner not check for this when getting room ready for new arrival. Perhaps they did and no one did anything ??

Great location. Walking distance to many good places to eat and shop at and very close to the seaside and lagoon.

Clean, comfortable bed, laundry set in the apartment. Friendly staff. Close to everything, including places to book tours.

Room was spacious with a great view from the balcony.

Airconditioner blew out onto the verandah which made it very hot to sit and enjoy the view.

I loved everything about it.

My son slept on the sofa couch, he was experiencing back aches as he felt the bars. So maybe an upgrade of the sofa couch is the only thing I'd suggested.

Fantastic location. Nice rooms. Wonderful staff. Great amenities. Lovely pool.

Reception floor needs a good clean and polish. Be nice if there was some food or coffee available in the hotel.

The admin staff febrian was fabulous he helped us with so many things he welcomed and was really fantastic

Glass and cups needs replacement abit old and chipped.

The location was excellent the view at night is superb. I liked that I could easily walk to the night markets without having to worry about finding a parking spot. The room was nice and clean and I had no issue connecting to the hotel wifi.

The corridor to my room was a little too plain and dull. The bed cover was a little stiff.

Location is great restaurants shopping harbour casino just steps away

Sofa bed needed a mattress topper.

Great location, 3 bedroom apartment was clean and spacious. Good pool and bbq area

Gym isn’t very big and not a huge selection of equipment. Some parts are old and broken down

The room was pokey the lighting was not appropriate. Cups were too small no saucers provided. No cold water in the fridge, the tv had no apps available furnishings were old. No suitcase stand. Water pressure wasn’t great.

The location is great. It is close to the casino, restaurants, and bars.

Our room was good until we had a high-pitched screeching noise coming out of the exhaust fan in the bathroom. The staff moved us at 1:30am after having no sleep to another room which we were happy with until the Air conditioning in that room sounded like a tractor and we had to turn it off. Finally, we get some sleep only to be woken up to a workman opening our door at 7am. We were told we would be refunded 1 night stay, but unfortunately, this hasn't happened, and emails have been blocked

Our room overlooked the Esplanade with a balcony where it was possible to sit and relax.

Location was very good.

Showers and taps were loose, it kept on dripping water. shower pressure was sooooo bad, made washing off shampoo/body wash difficult and took longer. The bathroom gave off a dirty feel. Especially it’s a tub with blinds. After a shower the whole bathroom floor is wet.. fan in the bathroom doesn’t work either. They don’t service the rooms at all, unless you stay for more than a designated amount of days, (I stayed for six). There is also no wifi, you have to pay for it. Pool was small. For this amount of price, absolutely no service at all… would not stay here again

Location was great. Staff were extremely helpful and happy to help us when needed.

We unfortunately couldn’t access the car park, which was disappointing.

We were fortunate to stay in a large corner room on a high level floor with amazing views of the lagoon and esplanade. Room was spacious with a kitchen, dining and lounge area. Overall clean and comfortable. Thought it was good value for money.

The AC in the bedroom my children were in was dated and didn't work very well, was an old split system.

great location, friendly staff, nice sized unit

The unit was quite dated. Booking.com lead us to beleive we were booking a 4 star stay. This wasn't a luxury stay. It was like an airbnb - no cleaning service and no dishwasher. The rooms could use a refresh and cleaning.

We liked the location.

The room seemed to be designed for wheelchairs. Everything was low (benches, light switches) there was a small bath tub/spa with a shower curtain. I couldn’t hang dresses in the wardrobe, the length was too short.
