- The staff where very accomplished and friendly. The room was spotless 2 x usb ports and very close to casino, hilton and shops. Very happy with my stay and would recommend to anyone.
- Location is wonderful! Top floors allow views of the harbor and marina and city. Wonderful sound of tropical birds in the trees. Easy access to the boats for excursions to the Great Barrier Reef. Included refrigerator. Nice service to carry up my bags.
- Great staff and nice clean room in a great position. It made it easy to relax and rest after work.
Cons -
- Sarcastic desk clerk was quite put-offish. Wasn't funny to be told my luggage had been misplaced as a joke.
