Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Cairns City Motel of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AUD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Cairns City Motel reception hours are 09:00-19:00. After-hours check-ins are available but have to be requested when booking is made. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance. If you expect to arrive after 19:00, you must contact the property in advance to arrange key collection, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that there is a 1% charge when you pay with a credit card on arrival. Cairns city motel is not pet-friendly except for service dogs only (certificate will be required upon check-in).
