then pool & the location the cabin was ok it a bit too far for the toilet & shower especially in the middle of the night u need to go to the toilet

the bed is a bit hard

I love our ensuite was quiet and cleans, my partner loved the pool more.

The cabin was suitable for my needs, bed comfortable, aircon very welcomed, nice location.

Probably the only negative, being the combined bench cooker/oven. It was too high for me & I could only get the oven working which was fine.

Isolated cabin close to the pool was nice

The Wi-Fi was unusable and frankly the staff could not have cared less. The cabin was not very clean with lots of dirt in areas on the floor.

Everything but the mattress on the bed.

Mattress on double bed very uncomfortable , had to sleep on bunk & sofa . Moved out because I couldn't sleep well. Stayed here multiple times but this bed the worst !

Excellent communications via Bookings messages. We did not meet them in person but they enabled late check in. The unit we had included a well equipped kitchenette, couch, table, three bunks and the main bed in one space as well as the bathroom with shower.Cleanliness was very good, better than most.This is in a campground, but it was not noisy at night. Handy to Cairns attractions by car.

Some of the furnishings are from several decades ago which hurts first impressions but all in good working order and very clean.

Comfortable stay in cabin, tv has Netflix and more already to go no need to hotspot the tv. Airconditioning and privacy curtain in cabin making it perfect to separate children and adults. Overall very comfortable place to stay. Close to everything you need

Nobody is available/ reachable on phone when checked in late night. We didn't have AC working for the first night. No good knives in the kitchen. Room condition was okayish.

Door unable to lock.Charged an extra night, although already paid for 2 nights and only stayed 1.Room dated.Beds uncomfortable. Bunk beds not suitable for youth - compact, thin mattress and safety concern.

Loved the location and that the room had everything in such as microwave small oven kettle Tv ect as someone who would usually stay some where on the cairns esplanade in a larger hotel i enjoyed my stay.l the bus stop is at the end of the street couldn't believe the bus is 50 cent. Staff was friendly. From what I saw good family environment.

stayed in the en suite cabin, it had everything I needed so no complaints there, kitchenette was well stocked. Pool nice and big and catches sun in the day. can drive right up to your door. friendly receptionist. right next to the shopping centre.

This place is a joke. The curtains are no match for the search light at the front. The grounds to the amenities were poorly lit and uneven. The bunk beds were not suitable for an adult. The double bed was designed for people with no legs and was very uncomfortable The owner was arrogant. The front security screen would not lock. As mentioned in a note to you I had booked and paid for two nights. I vacated after the 1st night and requested cancellation of the second night. Still awaiting your reply.

Most of the staff is nice, good facilities. It is a base to get organized for a camping trip but overcrowded and it’s lacking space to just sit or play

One staff member is unfortunately very unfriendly and hostile to children. The fact, that there is a no playground or any other space designed for families makes the place not suitable for families

Cabin was clean, everything worked, nice comfy bed.

Water pipes rattled quite a bit even when water was not being used.

Don't waste your time

Management was very rude and unprofessional poor phone mangers . When my family asked staff for towels to use for the pool they weren't given any and had to go to the shops to buy there own. When we asked for an invoice for stay Management told us they couldnt provied one . Just all over bad experiences. Maybe these people shouldn't work in customer service.
