Coral Reef Apartments

Large 2-bedroom apt, lots of kitchenware, decent wifi, close to supermarket, no mosquitoes.

Mattress & sofas lack firm support, no face towel/washcloth.

It was cyclone season in Northern Queensland. The manager responded to our enquiries and updated us about the weather. We were not sure about whether to board our flight at all. We were met at early hours of the morning thankfully and shown to our apartment. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. The Westcourt DFO mall is within walking distance

Great structure . what you need it and you have it on this 2 bedroom apartment . Laundry facility was great bonus . Secure locked apartment .

The room was not cleaned I had to ask someone to come vacuum the pile of dirt in the corner. I cleaned the fridge out as it was dirty as well. So the room did not get mopped prior to my stay. ?

Location close to DFO

Great spacious unit, good value for money. Very approachable host. Serene location, close to parklands but also to a busy DFO centre.Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom.

Everything is great!

Very quiet and had everything we needed. Spacious apartment, excellent internet and air conditioning, and lovely clean pool.

We enjoyed our stay as it was clean and equiped with what we needed. The kitchen was convenient and we were able to cook as needed. The service to fix a minor issue in the kitchen was provided immediately and our issue was resolved promptly.

this premises for sale so no service. Web said WiFi there's none, Web said bbq area there's not. cockroach ?. whole place has permanent residents.only 2 units short stay. bath tap not just dripping leaking bad. booking.com take it off Website.

The pillowcase was moldy as well as the shower all mold on the ceiling the toilet didn't flush properly and there was nobody in the office the entire time nobody to greet and meet, the key for the unit was under a shell but maybe that was the case cause the property was up for sale

The accommodation was quite suitable for families, with a well-equipped kitchen, which made meal preparation easy. The warm water supply was reliable, and overall, the stay was comfortable.

There were quite a few ants around, which was a bit unpleasant. The tap was stiff and hard to turn off, and I found the lighting to be a bit dim, which strained my eyes at times. Brighter lights would have been appreciated.Despite these minor issues, I would recommend this place and plan to book again in the future!

Spacious, close to a shopping centre. Not too far from the city. Bathroom is a bit dated but otherwise nice facilities and it felt safe with a security gate at the front entrance.

That it was close to the city

When we got the there was two of us there was only one town in there no tea towel the dishes were dirty there was no sharp knife to cut bread rolls and stuff

Disappointing

The front door needs new rollers. The shower doors needs new rollers.The main aircon needs to be serviced. Dirty bedding.Under the beds need to be vacuum cleaned and moped.

Spacious, quiet.

Pool not maintained. Bed coverings need updating. Bath mat, hand towels, face washers not supplied. Wifi didn’t work.

The room had all the things we needed and more. We could cook food, wash clothes.. we were really close to a shopping centre, it was quiet and peaceful.. Very conveniently located. I would recommend Coral Reef Resort to anyone.

I have nothing negative to say. Was brilliant.

good kitchen and well equiped ,toilet was good .lots of room laundry good. shower good, toilet does not flush well and needed three or four flushes to clear. firsh bedroom two three quarter beds good and comfortable second bedroon double bed and confortable. tv good, aircondition (not used) fans in all areas. didnt use pool.

front door is very hard to lock almost impossible so only locked the security screen door. toilet as above.nothing managment can do about a cat in heat.

Awesome location, right next to a huge mall.

Unfortunately, the property didn't have any basics like tea/coffee, shampoo, body wash, or even basic handwash/soap, there was a washer but no laundry powder, etc.

Great location .. roomy unit .. comfortable..fresh and clean nicely furnished..plenty of light ..
