The shower leaked every use making bathroom floor dangerous, pool is closed until March, the electronic curtains and lighting malfunctioned from midnight to 4am got no rest the night before our 17 hour flight home! Very upsetting!

location to restaurants was great. view was exactly as pictured; fantastic view.

don;t try getting much needed towels and toilet paper after office hours, it ain't gonna happen. towels and wash cloths seemed to be a precious resource here.

-Staff is great and very helpful. 5/5 stars for them.-Very Good Location. -- 1 Min walk to restaurants and cafes.-- 1 Min walk to the Aquarium.-- 15 Min walk to the Jetty to get to Great Barrier Reef Tours -- Opposite the beach. -- 5 Min walk to Car Rental places. We stayed for 6 days. Only needed a car for the last day to visit Crocs Adventure Place. You have the convenient option to take a Uber there too.-- Around $35 Uber ride from the Airport-- Around $25 Uber ride to the botanical gardens.-Spacious and Clean Rooms/Bathrooms. Serviced every day.-Good kitchenette with everything we needed.-Comfortable beds.-Great pool. (Half of the pool is deeper than an average person)I travelled with my family and stayed in a two bedroom apartment. Highly recommend the place.

We had to leave the luggages in a secluded corridor but not behind a door (but only the hotel guests, other apartment residents and hotel staff could access the area). Felt a bit unsecure. It is great if they can keep it behind the counter.

Great location and apartments are well equipped.

Terrible WiFi connection. I was planning to work remotely from there and couldn’t due to poor WiFi quality. Also one day the trash was left in the middle of the kitchen.

Absolutely huge great location for Cairns close to everything staff were also very helpful especially when we needed a car for a couple of days

Great views from balcony. Kitchen was well stocked. TV was large.

The lighting was stark. And not bright. Would have like some lamps.

Close to all the things without being too close. Staff were friendly and helpful. Huge apartment for family with 3 kids.

This property is in a great location in Cairns, right across the street from the beautiful boardwalk and easy walking to many shops and restaurants. We did not have a carAnd this location was perfect. Many tours picked us up right behind this property. The apartment was bright and well furnished. Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus. The property has a beautiful garden area and two pools. Highly recommend!

Excellent location! Excellent reception! Very clean! Very well equipped!

If you are looking for view from the window, or porch maybe ask for higher floor.

Location is perfect, facilities great, grounds are beautiful and the staff were very friendly and welcoming

Air conditioning was bad and the ceiling fans don’t work.

The apartment was across the road from the Esplanade, which we accessed many times for exercise, sightseeing and getting around. Also close to good cafes and shops. Although I was very late to check in and did not have my access code, the owner was friendly when I called.

Some of the gym equipment (weights/pulley machine) was older and difficult to use.

Bedrooms were very modern and clean. Bathrooms were nice and very functional. Great laundry space.

Some strange room configurations and old furniture in common areas. Kitchen had old and mix-matched glasses and crockery and it was hard to find everything we needed for cooking.

Overrated

Cleanliness, understaffed due to holiday period, room service and front desk non existent, housekeeping was horrendous, even trash was not removed for 3 days ..

Loved the pool at the front. Reception staff were so hospitable- so helpful. The location was perfect. The apartment was spacious. They need to replenish the coffee pods. The mattresses were too hard, they need a topper on them. Other than that- all was fine. Happy to recommend Vision Apartments.

Location, room and cleanliness were amazing.

The WiFi service was appalling. Dropped in and out constantly and was barely usable.

the unit was spacious, modern and clean. the ktichen had all the necessities for us to stay the week and cook a few meals in the room. Aircon units in each room kept it cool and comfortable. the two bathrooms were great.

the main bedroom was a bit noisy with the aircon unit from outside the building but otherwise quiet and comfortable. can't fault anything else about the accommodation

Excellent apartment. Two pools to choose from. Short walk to restaurants and the supermarket. Room was clean and air-conditioning was excellent

Great location. Easy to check-in and out, even alternatives (we had to use lock box for check-in but received very clear instructions well in advance).Rooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen was spacious and clean. Great overall experience.
