Clean and had everything we needed provided in the unit.

Unit was a little bit dark.

Was centrally located for what I needed to do in Cairns

Some of the other guests were quite loud over night

Really worn down rooms. Lock in door got stuck and could not open bedroom. Oven did not work. Main door could not lock. Everything was old in the room except the TV, but could not connect to Youtube or Netflix.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

It was filthy, nothing was properly cleaned.Hair has built up in the toilet floor. Hair in the bathroom sink.Disgusting gunk and mold behind the curtains. Looks like it has never been renovated, old warn through stained, smelly carpet. Burn marks in the bathroom sink.Blood stains on the bed sheets.We got in late and had to stay till morning then could not get out of the place quick enough.My son had an allergy from the dust.It made us itchy.We paid for another hotel elsewhere in cairns for the second night, same price million times better.The told the staff they seemed to have no idea what they were doing.

I really liked the unit and the spaceit provided

Unfortunately my unit was not on the ground floor as I HAD REQUESTED WITH BOOKINGDS because of my recent operation on my knees, so it was difficult climbing the stairs with my walking stick

Close and handy to city or northern beaches and attractions.

The gates need to be locked before dark, keep the locals out.

Cozy and friendly. We woke up late and asked for the 30 min delay in checking out. The staff said it was fine. Thank you!

We liked the apartment was roomy and we were accommodated comfortably. Like to go back again for later holidays.

Inside the house was all good except need some cleaning outside walls.

The room was clean but it is so outdated and smelt of mold. The bathroom is outdated and all the furniture and wooden fixtures were water soiled.

The pool, location, air conditioning, beds were comfy

The first room he gave us was filthy. The room was not cleaned/ checked before we came in. The 2nd room was ok.

The pool was larger than an average motel and the cooking facilities were working (unlike many for similar prices).

I noticed noisy large aircraft flying above the place. Unfortunately, I didn't see this coming when I booked the place. Also, far from where the new years fireworks were so we missed it because we had to leave on new years day.

Pool looked clean although we did not have time to use it.

Noisy neighbours keeping us awake they were booked in by Queensland health, also air conditioning unit was installed bed height next to my sisters head.{ stupid place to install}. Ceiling fan in same room only worked on high speed noisy.Curtains were needed cleaning.

The place was a bit old but still nice. The staff were very friendly, and I enjoyed using the pool as much as I wanted. It’s a little far from the city center, but the bus stop right outside made it easy to get around.

The Queen bed was terribly hard and we had alot of noise outside and it sounded like outdoor furniture being moved around at 2am which was really loud and woke us up from an uncomfortable sleep very hard to get back to sleep after.

The beds need a soft toper pad on them. The noise needs to be stopped.

We had a quick trip with 4 little ones under 10; this was perfect for us with spacious rooms. Check-in was a breeze (even when we turned up earlier than we had initially booked). We loved the secure parking. Such a central location too, everything was just a 5 to 6 minutes drive away. Kids loved the pool and we had access to guest laundry which was great. The hosts were so wonderful as well?

It was lovely and the pool regularly cleaned. Unfortunately there were some footballers on an end of season getaway and keeping the hotel nice was tricky!

I liked the choice of fan or aircon and fresh air by window.

The pictures of the property are not like what you see when you arrive, our apartment was filthy which was very disappointing. There is black mould in the bathroom and all over the lounge room curtains, the quilts were stained and dirty. The dining table had food crumbs and spilt drinks still on it. It is very close to main roads so is also very loud.
