Rooms are very nice and the hotel is in an excellent location

The water faucet over the kitchen sink was VERY loose so that it became harder for the water to stop flowing. The carpet is very dirty in room 902. The lamp shade next to the bed has a faulty switch which by the last night was very difficult to turn on.

Room was dirty and couch had lots of gross stains. Patio is a hot box and the bed is really old and not very comfortable. No air-conditioning in the bedroom either.

Perfectly located near the worksite. Once we were in, access was easy and it met requirements.

We couldn't find our greeting message which provided details for access. When we rang to get help, the phone was answered by a very annoyed lady, who read us the riot act for not following the directions. Ultimately, we sorted the message (after contacting Booking.com who resent it to us), and then went on the journey of discovery to find the key lockbox. Once in, the place was fine; however, because the experience was pretty unpleasant, when we book in future, we book directly through the apartment managers and get a room that is managed internally, not managed by, what we can only assume is, a local investor who has little or no interest in actually running or supporting their investment. (Unfortunately, this is become more common in the AirBNB community - investors, not hoteliers, looking for the return without the effort). As an additional aside, as more and more AirBNB type accommodations are added to the Booking.com network, the risks of getting a professional hospitality service outcome reduce.

Short distance to the mall, train and various shops, bed was comfy made it hard to get up on time for travels, they do have a gym but not much equipment

First day the wifi was spotty keep going on and off second day there was no wifi it was down,other guests slamming their doors at 5am and late at night blasting music through Bluetooth speakers and smoking, the pictures show a balcony but it has bars all over it so you cannot enjoy the view

Location was central to all kinds of transport with a main shopping centre across the road. The bed was very comfortable & the facilities were all in good order & lovely & clean

Location. booked room because of location. The room was in the same building as medical day surgery which was the purpose of the booking. Easy to go up on the lift to recuperate before proceeding home the next day.

Great location and would be better if all the amenities were in working order, nice rooms but rude and nasty property manager, for the second night I asked for after hours access and he was rude mean told me I was being smart, I had asked if we could pay more and get a third elevator access key, the answer was no you’ll lose them. He was quick to take the payment but didn’t really care for taking new details as that morning my normal account was hacked which started soon after paying for a room at the hotel.

Convenient position

Talking and laughing with family - neighbour noise complaint by 6pm made rest of stay uncomfortable

Ideally located just over the road from Cairns Central Plaza which has the Cairns Railway Station at its rear - under the car park.

Shower over the bath and getting water on the bathroom floor.

Team were helpful. Helped us swap rooms. Location is ok

Very run down. Team were great. Building is in desperate need of a big renovation. We were able to change out of our original room to one that was slightly better. First had terrible carpets and was dark and dingy.

Close to the shopping centre and a nice walk to the esplanade and night markets. Pool and spa were great.

The couch was very old, saggy and lumpy and wasn’t at all comfortable to sit on for any length of time
