Dirty sofa that smelt awful Advertised as having a balcony but our door opened into the car park so had no privacy and we had to keep the curtains shut for the whole stay as everyone could see straight in No clothes airer in the apartment so had to pay for dryerWardrobes was disgusting and smelt Contacted via message on booking.com to ask for a change of room and was ignored - they had previously messaged me on here about checking in

kitchen was good , 2 airconditioners both good , ceiling fans good

shower was a bit cramped.

I like the location and how everything was walking distance- the shops and the restaurants. The staff was pretty helpful with any questions we had. The apartment itself was pretty spacious so on days where we didn't have any plans, I could stay in and relax.

The lock on the door looked pretty old and I couldn't tell from the inside if the door was locked properly. Our room was located on the side of the open traffic so it was pretty noisy even with the windows closed. I had to buy some travel ear plugs to fall asleep at night.

Good location. Spacious room, well equiped kitchen.

I loved the studio apartment. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. The laundry facilities were a bonus and reasonably priced. The location is 15 min walk from the marina. Everything that you need is within a 15 min walk from the property.

we liked the location for sure. the city and esplanade were a walking distance. the room was a good size for me and my family of 4. the room had all the items that we needed. a washing machine and dryer and all essential kitchen items.

i didn't like how the flooring in front of the bathroom door was missing. we had a 1 year old so it wasn't safe so we'd constantly keep her away from that area. the room was very dusty under the bed and the sofa couch. when we pulled out the sofa couch, there was so much dirt and dust under there. i recommend cleaning and dusting under the beds and the sofa couch needs a good scrub down. the room was a bit dated but it worked for us

Great location, easily walk to train station, shopping centre, esplanade, eating places, night market.Swimming pool was great after a day of sight seeing.

This property was very clean and comfortable.

This is going to seem a lot more than it actually was. The accommodation was overall good. I found the staff not very accessible. Our dryer didn’t work and I wanted to ask a question about late checkout but the only way to communicate was to send a message via bookings.com. I did use the phone at reception but the guy couldn’t help me with my question. The cutlery was extremely basic and no sharp knife.

Gret location and the rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location was perfect, nice and close to everything.

Room was not all reflective to photos, flooring looks like it was done by a 5 year old child, bedroom and bathroom in terrible condition.Very rundown.

Check in was great. The facilities were not bad and we had a great time in Cairns.

The location of the place was a little further away from the main area of town and the tourist things.

Newly refurbished kitchen area. The pool area was pleasant even though it was small.

No complimentary shampoo and no powder for the washing machine. Uninviting view of car park. People smoking below the smoke came straight up through our window. Balcony not inviting and barely only for 1 person to sit.

Lovely, very clean and comfortable. The staff were great and helpful and the location was perfect. Big bonus was the secure car parking.Would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately no lift so when the room is on the 3rd floor then lugging large suitcases was a bit of an issue.It would be better if the TV was mounted on the opposite wall so it could be viewed from the lounge or the bed.

It was a very well equipped studio apartment that had very good facilities. The location is great - just a short walk to restaurants, supermarket, esplanade etc. We really appreciated being provided with a late (4pm) check-out which was very convenient for our 6.15pm flight to Singapore.

The pool & in being walking distance to everything. It had everything we needed for our stay. They even gave us extra bath towels & free beach towels.

Some of the appliances could only be turned off at the wall like air con & t.v in lounge room. I cleaned the top of the fridge as it had a layer of dust on it & I couldn't stand it. The plates were big, heavy & very hard to wash up in the sink.

Fabulous location. close to the city and attractions. Large older style apartment with full kitchen.

Attention to detail lacking eg one power point not working, one door off track in small wardrobe.

Enjoyed the swimming pool and place is so central close to aquarium, nigh markets and shopping center. We absolutely loved our stay.
