Room was great. Good design, great location, clean etc but the lovely friendly staff were the best part of the experience. Will definitely book this again or our regular visits to Cairns. A special thank you to hotel employee who was so kind.

Location. Space in rooms.

Accommodation was very clean and fresh smelling. And although close to the road was very quite when doors were closed.Good sized bathroom, and adequate kitchen equipment.Location great, just 5 minutes walk to Muddys playground.

Fantastic location with a bus stop right out the front!One block away from the esplanade and a close walk to Muddys Cafe and playground. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. They were very understanding when we needed to change our dates at the last minute for medical reasons which we were very grateful for!

We chose this accommodation as the pool has a great shallow area for young children. The base of this section of the pool was however too hard for the little one to sit/crawl on as it was like a gravel. Other than that, everything was fantastic ?

The best apartment hotel I have ever been to. Choose room 40! Excellent facilities, kitchen was better than at home! Very friendly staff! Clean cold pool.

Location to private hospital. Got into accomodation early.

Property was in good location, short walk from Cairns Esplanade Lagoon, restaurants etc. Room facilities were good and secure parking in thx basement. Quick easy routes to get out of tub city for the tourist attractions.

We stayed in apartment room 48. Very spacious. Suzi was very helpful with suggestions to eat and visit. Location is excellent. Definitely stay again when in Cairns

Smelt a bit wet inside room?

201 Lake Street is in a good location, a short walk along the esplanade into the Cairns CBD. The two bedroom apartment was very good, we'll equipped and comfortable. The pool was actually cool & refreshing as it gets shade, unlike some other accommodation pools which were in full sun and were like a warm bath. Have been staying here for nearly twenty years, the caretakers are very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.

The carpark access driveway is steep but manageable.

Such a clean property! Perfect location of walking distance to the heart of town but far enough away to be quiet.

Smelled awful, air con unit so loud. Vents dirty and full of grunge. Room smelt I think from no fresh sir snd the dirty vents. Self contained barely. There was an egg flip but no fry pan.

Large apartment close to esplanade. Great aircon, appreciated washer/ dryer in room, lots of space. Great pool! Close walk to wonderful calypso bar and paper crane restaurant

I loved my stay! The apartments are great and well-equipped. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Suzie, who was very kind in welcoming us and sharing tips on what to do in Cairns. I would definitely stay here again!

It's not very close to the center, but it's just a 15 to 20-minute walk.

Overall it was a good stay. You can walk to the marine about 20 minutes, there is a parking and the room size is good.

It could be a bit more clean (the floor), and there was a bit bad smell from time to time in the bathroom.
